Longwire

We were needing an update for our TV/audio system. The folks at Longwire were not only reasonably priced, they were timely, knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times. I will absolutely use them again in the future and I highly recommend you give them a look.

Working with Longwire has been a great experience. Rob and his team helped us design and integrate an audio and theater system in our new home. They listened to our ideas, were detailed in execution and were easy to work with at every stage. Communication was outstanding ... any and all questions and concerns were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Longwire. They're incredibly knowledgable, patient, and really listen to what you want to accomplish before offering recommendations. Rob worked with us to install a 60" TV and speakers in our ceiling to complete our surround sound. He didn't push us to purchase anything that wasn't needed and he offered numerous options to keep us within our budget (as well as things to consider in the future). He provided his opinion on why one component or technology was better than another. Most importantly, he followed up, kept appointments, and got the job done as promised.They installed everything in about 6 hours and it is better than we could have imagined. Plus, they left our house cleaner than it was before they arrived. Everything was set up, calibrated, and works like a dream. I've already recommended Longwire to two friends that were looking for theater/stereo installation & design. We'll definitely use them again for our next audio/visual project.

We are not technical people. At all. Since the dawn of high speed internet, nothing has worked properly in our house. We have tried all kind of companies and all kinds of band-aids. Once we finally decided to fix the tech in the house for once and for all, we called several places and got a few bids. When Chuck from Longwire came into the house, he walked around with us, listening to all the irritants and issues and things we hoped for and created a solution that has finally made everything work reliably and effectively. They were thorough and thoughtful and scheduling was convenient and quick, even though we were working around the holidays. They even finished the project a day early. They have also been open and helpful about some questions I had after the fact and I anticipate they will continue to be that way moving forward.

We love music and our new house had no sound system. The team at Longwire took the time to understand our needs and implemented a high quality system that is easy to use. We love it! Overall great experience and I would highly reccommend!

Rob and the boys at Longwire are awesome! Initially they hung all my TV's in my home. I then contacted Rob and asked if he had any solution for my week wifi. Indeed he did. And now, for what I consider an extremely reasonably price, my three story home does not have a "dead spot" anywhere in the home. We can have three TV's streaming Netflix, be browsing FB on our phone and tablets and have Alexa cook us dinner all simultaneously without a hiccup (Okay, still waiting for the Alexa upgrade that will allow her to cook us dinner. But she does order us pizza). Anyway, they came in and in less than an afternoon they seamlessly wired their secret killer wifi extender system from the basement all the way to the top floor. Still don't know how they did it. I didn't even have to change my wifi name or password. For any home entertainment or smart home upgrades. These are your guys! Thank you for your excellent service!
