I have nothing but great things to say about this place, from how friendly the staff is to how delicious their shakes and teas are! The owners Pete & Diane are so personable and each member of their staff takes the time to talk to you and make your day! They offer a wide variety of shakes (hot & cold) and teas (hot & cold). My favorite shake is the Pina Colada shake with a banana and the Mermaid ice tea. I highly recommend them! What a wonderful place! The owners and staff are as friendly and helpful as I've ever experienced anywhere. The menu is extensive, and they carefully navigate you through to the right choice for your particular circumstances and taste. I had a peach mango tea and a chocolate peanut butter shake. Both were incredibly delicious. My daughter and her friends are regulars, and their go to is the Patrick Mahomes tea which is beautifully red and the blueberry muffin shake. Wonderful people, and wonderful products! Go check them out!

What an amazing business. Tia's interaction with a member of the press online is phenomenal. She seems like an amazing business owner that cares about the community and genuinely loves people. If I lived close by I would definitely stop by and show love. We need more great local businesses like this one.

Monday, September 26, 2022. 1:15-1:30pm.I decided to go to Longview Nutrition after my first ever workout in hopes of getting a post-workout smoothie/shake. My friend from my class goes there frequently and she works there. I'm a female college freshman, so I look young but I'm a paying customer who expects respect and that's what you'll get in return. I walked in and saw two customers (one ordering and one standing at a different counter) and one employee in the "kitchen." I didn't even get a hello from her. Another employee walks from the back and does dishes, just fine. I look around the shop and at the menus to get a feel for the prices and flavors. The prices aren't bad, but you're better off just buying from Herbal Life and making it yourself or making replicas. I'm here to explain about my experience though. The customer standing was a man, I'm assuming a regular, because the employees are talking about how sad they were he was leaving Missouri. Chit chat doesn't bother me, but the lady ordering was also ignored most of the time. She was trying to pay but their system was having issues. I was asked to scoot an iPad over before I was even said hello to! The girl doing dishes had stopped at this point and all she was doing was standing around while her coworker did all the work. By the time the hard worker got to me, 10 minutes had gone by and she asked what she could get started for me. I explained what I wanted and was pleased when she knew exactly what she could make for me. She grabbed her book and then all of the sudden the male customer decides he wants a picture with the ladies and they leave the kitchen!!! My shake wasn't even started at all and they gave him a FREE smoothie. I wasn't going to sit around for that, my class started in 5 minutes. I fucking left because it's ridiculous that I didn't get any respect or service. Never going back and I CANNOT recommend it to anyone else!TLDR: Stood in the store for 10-15 minutes without service. Made me late for class. Don't buy an $8 shake from here since you can make it at home with Herbal Life. NOT RECOMMENDED.
