This is a great antique mall with (mostly) reasonable prices! Way too many antique malls these days are FULL of people trying to resell modern stuff or "upcycle" some poor piece of unsuspecting wooden furniture into a beige-painted nightmare. There was a lot of genuine vintage here for good prices. I came home with a large vintage crocheted bag, a vintage Christmas card, and a great vintage Halloween placemat for under $20. It's a bit small as far as antique malls go but they use the space well and have a lot of vendors! The guy at the counter was also really nice. And they have well-maintained bathrooms!

Such a fun place! It gives a West Bottoms vibe, but without the crowds and lines! I love that it feels like you're in a tiny quaint town, but just minutes from the city! Each booth offers something unique and special! They have hand painted pieces and true antiques, trinkets, and brand new things! The staff is SUPER friends and helpful!! I can't wait to go back!!!

I found a lot here this trip! Friendly staff, fair prices and good selection. I noticed more new stuff than I like to see in "antique" malls, and hope this one doesn't become a victim of non vintage sellers, like so many once nice malls that we now skip all together rather than waste our time sorting through too many new, and unmarked reproductions.

I happened to be in the area and saw the antique sign on the store front which I can never resist stopping for. I was greeted by a group of workers reminiscent of sales people at a car dealership. I looked around and noticed the prices to be quite high. Some items were marked "firm" while others simply stated their price. After walking a quarter of the store, I found a couple of items (not marked firm) that had piqued my interest should they be willing to work on the price a bit. I wanted to get the lay of the land before I spent any more time looking. When I inquired about the price, the owner told me he could not negotiate because the items were not expensive enough. He could not tell me the price point where he could negotiate and that it did not matter if the total of multiple item sales would reach a certain price. The fact that items marked "firm" at similar price points as the ones I had brought up indicates that negotiation does take place with items like the ones I was interested in. This would indicate that the owner was just not willing to negotiate with me. I find this with some antique dealers and collectors. They feel it is beneath them to negotiate with a younger person. Instead of appreciating that younger people are taking an interest in and want to continue to preserve historic items, they resent their entry into the market. I wasn't looking for a half off deal and am sure if the owner was willing to work with me a little, I would have left with more than the two items I initially found. All was not lost though. There are plenty of other outlets for me to pursue my collecting and I was able to mark this place off my list of places to stop.
