A bit on the expensive side, but they had an excellent selection and variety of items. The representatives were kind and professional. I'm happy we made the long drive as we were able to see what was available. We'd come back. But not without a stuffed wallet, or we'd have to leave empty-handed

This place is amazing! In a world full of Lowes, Home Depot and chain type construction stores that offer little experienced people this place is a gem! You have knobs you can't find anywhere, make the trip to Locks and Pulls. If they can't help you, they can give you the name of someone ( handyman) who can. Seriously, just skip lowes and Home Depot for any type of knob or decorative items and come here. Their selection is huge, the staff is friendly and the prices are really fair. I hope they never close.

This place is awesome! I went to three other stores looking for an item I needed. I was referred to this place. It was my first time there. The store was plenty stocked, lots of options, and great customer service! I would highly recommend this place

This is my go-to place for any hard to find cabinet, door, or window hardware. They are also my favorite place to have door keys duplicated, locks changed, etc. A super friendly bunch of folks who take pride in satisfying their customers. I recently had a lock re-keyed that I had purchased elsewhere. In my haste to get it installed I ran into difficulty and I decided to modify the lock. In the process I damaged it. I took it to Locks & Pulls to be fixed. In less than an hour they had replaced the damaged parts, and also switched out an incorrect mechanism with the correct Schlage part. When I came to pick up the lock and pay my bill, they said no charge and sent me on my way. They made my day. I will keep going back there again and again.

The woman working at the front desk was degrading and unhelpful. I came in looking to select and purchase hardware for our new build and she answered every question with an attitude as if I couldn't afford to be in the store. Let me know the finishes I liked were "very expensive" and I left with no further information.

Horrible service grumpy old men who are condescending and rude I wanted to support a local brick and mortar store but they give you no reason to Way better off buying on line they have everything on line with better service

I was driving by after stopping at another store next door and was actually on my way to ace hardware to get a key copied. I decided to stop here to see if it was something they did. The guy who had helped us was very kind and friendly. He copied my key perfectly and flawlessly and told us it was on the house. I appreciated his kindness!
