This restaurant is a family owned business and it's hands down amazing comfort food. The atmosphere is very much family oriented. The wait staff is very nice and seemed to be on it even with the amount of people they were handling. This place gets packed fast. We always go when we are traveling through to visit family. The chicken fried steak and okra is my favorite dinner and the fried mushrooms for the starter. I highly recomend this place.

Tried this place last night for the first time. We'd tried to go in the past but they weren't open on both Thursday evenings we attempted to go. We had the sampler platter and was unimpressed. All of it was heavily breaded (mushrooms, onion petals, and spicy cheese bites) and you couldn't really taste anything but that. We both had the specials. All you can eat catfish was decent. The breading is kind of bland but the servings are good. The prime rib was over cooked for medium rare and watching the cook handle the slice of meat with his hands multiple times and then touch a dirty rag about grossed me out where I couldnt eat it. The highlight was the enormous baked potato that was loaded with bacon and cheese and very enjoyable. All of this and we won't go back because they allow smoking. Too bad because there isn't a decent steakhouse anywhere in the Warsaw/Lincoln area.

This is a great dinner. Cozy and welcoming. They have a full bar and lots of choices for appetizers and dinners. We had three very different dinners. My daughter has the sirloin, it was cooked perfectly over an open flame. My mother ordered a philly and said it was one of the best she has had. I ordered the pork tenderloin and it was so big! I cut it in half and half again to eat one half. My dad ate the other half and my fries! It was amazing and cooked perfectly.

Kathy B was our server and she made the best of a less than great situation. The cook had called in sick so she was handling the entire dining room by herself. It was busy and there were some delays, but she did a good job. But, then they were out of the two things I looked forward to ordering - the prime rib and pork chops. So, the KETO plan went down the drain. On the other hand, the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. LOL! I could have ordered the ribeye like my boyfriend but they are usually way too fatty for my liking. I tasted his and it was delicious. It didn't look overly fatty either. I'll go back next time we're down there. Everything was reasonably priced and the atmosphere doesn't require any fancy dress up clothes. People came as they were and seemed to enjoy themselves.

Don't skip past this hidden gem! You'll think you've stumbled upon a "has been" that needs updated, which is true when it comes to ambience and atmosphere, but the food and service are everything you look for (especially when passing thru and looking for a local experience)

My husband and I stopped in for the first time for a late Saturday lunch. We both enjoyed our 8 oz. garlic ribeye dinners with salad, baked tater, and Texas toast. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and the flavor was great! Portion sizes were good, especially for a $12.99 steak dinner. Not sure why the ribeye dinner was a dollar less than a ribeye sandwich, but I'm not complaining. Our waitress was very attentive and provided great service. Next time I'm in the area, would definitely enjoy another ribeye dinner!

Pricey, but sadly the best Lincoln has to offer. Small town has few options, so if you want to dine out, it's lincoln Inn or drive to Sedalia, which is the better option if time and miles are of little consequence.

Mandy and her staff serve the best ranch around!!! The fried portobellos are to die for!!! Prime rib every weekend is another favorite of ours! My husband and I always split it!!! Superb food and dining!!!

If you are passing through or have lived here for years, be sure and check this place out. The place is newly remodeled. The menu has a large selection. Ordered the ribeye, garlic butter ribeye, and breaded jumbo shrimp. All were very good. Baked potatoes were big. Salads were fresh. Service was excellent-waitresses were very friendly.
