Avoid at all cost! Unreliable business. They were quick to take your money but when it was time to do their job, they were late with the installation. They will not reply to customer phone calls.They have a customer service rep who's in charge of taking calls.The business owner can't be reached, will not return your calls.It is beyond upsetting. We ordered a holiday package and it will not be taken off by the HOA deadline. My husband tried to remove the lights himself, he fell and to hurt his ankle. We have no choice but to hire another company and we'll be out of money, it will cost us extra. We are livid!

It was unfortunate that we were left w/o lights yesterday (Thanksgiving)and w/o the opportunity to call some other company to do it, due to your company's lack of professionalism to at least give us a courtesy call and let us know you would not do it, even after speaking with you personally on Sunday and confirming they would be done before Thanksgiving. Very upset you ruined our Thanksgiving tradition! Phil is the most unorganized business owner I've seen!

Credit card charged on 11-1-18 for Christmas lights to be put up before Thanksgiving. Day before Thanksgiving - no lights. Cancelled in writing via email and also spoke to Patty, requested refund. Refund request ignored. They came at night after dark when we were not home and put up the lights, after I had cancelled in writing. 2 days later the lights had come loose in several places and were dangling from the house and multiple light bulbs were burned out. Contacted them 4 times via email and talked to Patty and requested they fix the lights. My requests were ignored and my calls were not returned as promised by Patty. The problems with the lights were never fixed. Now it is Feb 15th. Have contacted them 4 times requesting that the lights be taken down. My requests have been ignored.

Will not deliver on promises and are full of excuses. Not afraid to blame you for their mistakes. I purchased a holiday lighting package with guaranteed installation by thanksgiving and guaranteed removal by my HOA deadline. They were unable or unwilling to deliver on either. Many phone calls later, the lights were finally hung. Took even more phone calls to have them removed. We requested on several occasions that our lights be left with us for storage after they were removed and yet they were not. The customer service rep that answered the phone blamed my husband for not reminding them a 3rd time to leave the lights. Now we are out the money and the lights without so much as an apology. Inexcusable.
