Called to place an order for Valentine's Day and got helpful personal service, and he didn't seem at all rushed despite being on the cusp of one of the biggest days for florists. I felt pleased when I concluded my call, and thrilled when my parents called to rave about how gorgeous the arrangement is. My dad left me the sweetest message about the flowers - mission accomplished! Thank you, Licata's.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers based on the reviews. Got a friendly hello and some good questions from the lady who answered, but I received even better answers with the options she presented. Licata's delivered (on-time) with a fabulous spring bouquet. My mom was thrilled and impressed - what could be better than that?

Jim Licata creates the most beautiful and unique arrangements for any occasion! I was introduced to his work when I worked for Tiffany & Co in Kansas City. Licata provided all the fresh flower arrangements for the store (not sure if they still do as that was close to 10 years ago). Since then, I have used Licata's flowers for all my flower needs in the KC area. I now live in Idaho and call them up when friends and family back in the Midwest have birthdays, new babies, are sick, or have recently lost a loved one. The recipients gush about how wonderful the arrangements are. If you live in the KC Metro area, MO or KS side, please try out Licata Flowers. I wish we had someone comparable in Boise, ID.

I read the positive reviews and ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered in Lee's Summit. They were delivered the same day and my friend was so happy to receive such a beautiful arrangement. It really cheered her up and made her day!

Jim did a wonderful job on the arrangement I ordered. I had florals and colors in mind to be in the arrangement, however one of the florals I wanted was not available in the timeframe we needed them to be delivered. Jim offered a wonderful replacement suggestion as well as filler flowers to bring in the desired colors. Our friends commented on how beautiful the flowers were.Great job Jim, we will use your florist again! Oh and thank you for great service, it's hard to get that these days.

WOW! Took a friends advice and ordered a Homecoming corsage and my sons date ordered a coordinating boutonnière. They were amazing, like little pieces of artwork. The little extra in cost was so worth it for the special occasion.
