Lenexa Community Center

Went here for a wedding reception and had to assist with other friends and family with the event. You can rent the place as a venue and their basketball size court is pretty roomy for a lot of people for over 500 people and still plenty of room to dance, have a stage and a band. The only problem I have with this place is that you can only rent certain times and you can't decorate the day before which could have been easier instead of feeling so rush. The place is very cool and breezy, so you don't have to worry about AC during the summer. They also set out the tables and chairs for you as well and they have a kitchen too. Maybe this can be a place I could look into if I decided to rent this venue.
