Is nice clean outlet. A decent amount of stores but not many deals to be had.Not many upscale options. I was missing a Lindt or a Off the Rack, or a Nieman Marcus or a Le Cruset. They have a few budget stores like TJ Maxx. I was happy to find and H&M.

The Legends is an outside outlet mall in Kansas, KS. Not necessarily cheap. A nice place to walk around and shop. Plenty of well known brands. Several high end name brand handbag stores on one end of the area. Plenty of restaurants around. Race track and casino near by. Movie theater on location if that is what you want to do. Friendly service in most of the stores. This is my go to place when in the mood to shop for clothing.

This is really nice outdoor mall. Tons of good shops, from the affordable to the ritzy. Restaurants surround the exterior. Lots of choices here. It is a pretty place to come and enjoy.

This outlet mall is well maintained and mostly full. My big complaint is nothing is really outlet anymore. It's like the stores make merchandise specifically for the outlet. Oh, and if you're tall or fat, forget about finding anything. They need a better selection and the products need to be a better value.

I don't think I'm exactly in the demographic for The Legends, based on how few things speak to me out here. However, it's not all bad! We recently did a stay at Great Wolf Lodge and had a fun time, and got to see a bit more of The Legends. The bottom line up front is that there is some stuff to do here, but the restaurants are outright bad.Children's Mercy Park where Sporting KC plays is really nice, and is right in the middle out here (It's across from the always busy Nebraska Furniture Mart, which I think any late 20/30 something has had to venture in at least a few times.) There's also a baseball stadium for the former T-Bones, now Monarchs, a racetrack, and a casino. There are some decent stores here too, I remember going to a Ralph Lauren store years back. There's a Bass Pro (formerly Cabela's) as well. Now for the food.. good lord. It's a sea of fast-food, and not even good fast-food at that. The Jose Peppers we went to brought our energy down, and there are barely any local places around here. This whole thing is touristy in that it's designed to be convenient, but can't help but feel that instead of building a thousand parking spots and stretching this area out, they could've condensed it to be even a BIT walkable. You have to drive to go from business to business, and it's less than ideal. So again, there's a lot here and some folks plan weekends around it, but it's definitely not my main cup of tea and I think it's planned for a different type of person than myself.

When thinking about the area as a whole rather than any one particular store or part of the area, this is a really great area. It's widespread enough with a wealth of offerings that it's never felt crowded even when there were a lot of people there. There are always people working on the grounds and keeping it tidy, and I rarely see any trashy areas, despite there being lots of open space for seating, gathering, and resting in between shopping. For an outlet area, they really did a good job building this up and making it a pleasant area, not to mention that there are tons of great deals at the shops that do mostly operate as true outlet stores.

Excellent selection of shops and restaurants that are all close by, and easy to access no matter which area you park in.I love being able to shop my favorite outlets like Under Armour, Coach, and Michael Kors while also having access to regular shops such as Sephora and BBW. You can eat on any budget, choices range from Five Guys and Panera, to Stix hibachi and the Jazz Cajun food. The Jazz is a favorite of ours for the fantastic food and service. The parking area is well lit, the walkways clean, and generally nice staff at the stores.

Checking out Legends Outlets is a MUST when in KC. This super-regional shopping mall is located in the Village West development and has over outlet 110 stores. There is also a variety of restaurants, including Cheesecake Factory, Dave & Buster's, and Granite City Brewery. And also a movie theater, a bowling alley, and a ropes course. It's an all-in-one destination for your entire family or group! It's really clean and well-maintained; however, there is a lack of public restrooms. And the ones that are available are difficult to find and in odd locations (I gave 4-stars because of restrooms)It is conveniently location off of I-70. The mall website has special coupons and discounts. And the mall has free Wi-Fi.

Stores all had tons of great sales. Very clean area. Easy access to bathroooms, plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or grab a drink.
