The service was fast even though it was a Friday night and very busy.The lighting was perfect. They had a candle lit on the table and it wasn't too dark to where I couldn't see my food.I tried almost all of the sushi and many things from then hot bar.The food was very fresh and everything was excellent!The waiter was fast and polite.I give it 5 stars.

Years later and we still enjoyed our recent visit. They have such a vast selection that we really only tried a tiny portion of what they offer. Our server was attentive and friendly.We continue to recommend this place, although it's a bit out of our "zone" to visit often.

I can no longer justify eating here. The price doesn't justify the quality of food. Both this visit and our last visit 3 months ago, we were racing home to beat our stomach rejecting this food. Sure the food tastes good with decent variety, but only because it's better than most buffet food. The money spent could be much better enjoyed elsewhere.The service has always been excellent, nothing has changed about that. But for a buffet it doesn't feel very needed. I feel lukewarm about giving a tip, because the server essentially is just a busboy that fills up water. I could be dropping off my plate on a belt or in a bucket like a dormitory cafeteria, fill up my own drink, and pay at the front. There is almost no need for a server, but yet there is one, so I must fork over more money on top that I wouldn't at any other buffet.The interior is clean and open. But there is a negative atmosphere given from the staff. Almost like eating there is an issue. Usually I don't like to rate on an arbitrary feelings, but skimming other reviews this is a common sentiment I can confirm over has happened almost every one of my visits.I will not be coming back. There are much better buffet experiences for a much better value within blue springs and in close proximity.

If you're wanting a place with a multitude of fresh (emphasis on FRESH) and flavourful (DITTO) dishes, which will include a plethora of choice ingredients at the Mongolian cook station, and a large variety of impressive hand rolled fresh sushi & sushimi with all the accoutrements. You'll also enjoy an extensive & delicious salad & dessert bar; 3 - 4 different soup choices, and a large variety of appetizers & sides... not to forget... they include and a handful of American dishes to suit any palate. So if you are wanting the best Asian buffet experience, then you must at least try "Legends of Asia" on 7 hwy in Blue Springs, Missouri. Seriously, they have never disappointed. I'm not a buffet fan... that said, if I must join friends and family for an Asian buffet... THIS is the only place I will go. They are very well staffed, and have an impressively large selection of dishes to choose from to suit most anyone's tastes. BTW, you can also order from the menu as well.

Food is always hot and fresh. We do tend to only go on the weekends though so not sure what it's like during slower times. Their servers can be a bit rude but could be because they are busy.

What a hidden gem! Huge buffet, with hibachi, sushi, crawfish, and traditional Chinese fare. Everything was fresh and hot and the coconut shrimp was fantastic! Service was on point with beverage refills and plates cleared promptly. Will definitely make the drive again!!
