Lee's Summit Roofing

We had the best experience with Lee's summit roofing. Mitch, Roger and their team were great to work with, very knowledgeable, answered every phone call with our questions and concerns and got the job done in a timely manor. We are so happy with our new roof and gutters and can't say enough great things about Lee's Summit Roofing. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof and gutters. Mitch also worked with our budget as well as educated us on how insurance claims work. Very, very pleased with the level of service and work!

Don't recommend them, or if you do decide to hire them just make sure you don't get Jesse. He comes off as nice in the beginning but that's just an act to try to get your business. He told us at the initial consultation that he understood insurance claims and knows how long it can take to get payments and such. After the roof was done it took about a week to get my check. Now my insurance(state farm) has to make it out to me and my mortgage(commerce bank). With my work schedule( 7:30 to 6ish) every day I couldn't get to commerce bank until Monday the following week. Commerce bank has to make copies of all the paper work and send an email to get approval for the bank manager to endorse the check. So I had to play the waiting game. Wait for commerce bank get it approved and call me back so I can take the check back up there to get it endorse( that process took about another week). Meanwhile Jesse wanted to meet back up to settle the amount. I explain to him that I haven't heard back from the bank yet. He didn't believe me, essentially calling me a liar. I won't do business with anyone calling their client a liar. Trying to get me to write a almost 16,000 check without waiting for the insurance check to come thru.

Lee's Summit roofing has been great to work with. Jesse is kind and personable and takes the time to explain everything to you. My new roof looks great, and the team stands by their work.I even recommended them to work on my grandmas roof, which speaks to their quality and reliability!

A fantastic job by a top notch company. Mitch the owner is a true gentleman. We had a complete roof and gutter replacement done and we are very picky. LS ROOFING exceeded our expectations. We are blessed to have found such a great company to do the job after much research.

They got me a new roof and were very helpful getting it in and done quickly and at a very competitive price. They seemed to have my best interest in mind the whole time. Considering the size of check I had to write, it was a great experience.

Jesse came out and gave us an honest review of our roof and good quote for a new roof and gutters.The total job was completed on time and care was taken when cleaning up. Jesse kept us informed on everything that was going on with the project. I did have a few concerns after the project was completed and Jesse addressed each one promptly. I would definitely recommend Lee's Summit Roofing. Great job!

Cheapest out of the 8 companies I called. Work was clean and fast. Mitch, the owner, always answered his phone after a few rings (must have called him nearly a dozen times). I was expecting to find a few nails or debris left over in my yard but they were very thorough in picking up everything. Mitch is the kind of guy that makes you feel like any question is a good one and he is happy to answer it. I normally do all my own home improvement but I am glad I passed this job on to such skilled and competent people.
