This place is so much fun! I signed my daughter up for a single class so we could see if it's something she would enjoy. She loved it! The class was small (8 kids? Ages 6-12ish?), so she got plenty of attention from the instructor. The instructor was absolutely perfect for this type of class. Laid back, good attitude, and you could tell she really enjoys her job. Very good with the kids and keeping things running smoothly. The kids were at different levels, some were taking their first class and others were more experienced. The class still flowed nicely and allowed all the kids to work at their own pace and level. They offer classes for all ages and abilities here. They offer spring break and summer camps as well. Definitely check them out if you get a chance! We had a great time at restorative aerial yoga. Truly need to be athletic to do this but we did our best. Been sore the entire week. Will be back to try again later in my fitness journey. Teacher and owner was lovely and kind in her instruction, experience was definitely worth it and enjoyed the easier stretches.
