Lasting Memory Events

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review for day-of help for my wedding. Kila oversold her services to me. She kept assuring us that she and her most trusted partner could handle our needs, but then she showed up with a completely different person the day of the event.My asks from her were that she restage the main room after the ceremony for the reception. I also asked that she play the processional music and the music as we walk out and make a short announcement to the guests that we would be taking photos and that the reception would begin when we came back in. Then I asked that she announce us back into the room after we went out for photos and release each table to get food. Literally no ask I had of her went smoothly. I provided a very, very detailed schedule of events for the day and a very detailed seating chart, where I separated items for each table into bags labeled for each table.I knew things were going south less than hour into her arriving and no one could find her and we later found out she went to QuikTrip without telling anyone. She also left that trash behind at the end of the day that we had to clean up.There was about a 45 second silence between the processional music and the bridal march. The music we selected to exit the room to never got played. There was never an announcement to our guests that we were going to take photos. It took about 45 minutes longer than expected to stage the room. I was very cold outside and I was trapped out there waiting to be announced back in, which never happened. I never got to eat a lot of the food at my wedding because the reception got cut short, and I finally went inside to try to help restage the room correctly, meaning I never got a proper announcement back into the room. When I came inside, I found that the only reason any tables were set up correctly was because family was helping out. They claimed they couldn't find items, all of which I had shown then exactly where they were. Family members had to help, had to go into the kitchen to ask them to please start taking peoples' empty plates and cups during the reception, and they left without telling anyone so I'm not even sure if they stayed until our contracted time. It was pretty much a nightmare.I later found out she posted a video of my design on her business facebook page. She didn't do anything regarding the design of my wedding. All she did was mess up all of the details I put a ton of work into. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Kila Bryan "the owner of Lasting Memories" and supposedly "AbbottApparel". She is the biggest scam artist on the planet! She is the lowest of the LOW! She portrays herself as a responsible, and trustworthy business owner. She eagerly accepted my money, to only scam me and not provide me ANYTHING THAT SHE PROMISED! I gave her my hard earned money, for her to never send me what I ordered from her. She's not to be trusted! She's a SNAKE! If I could give her 0 STARS, I WOULD!

I was having my daughters grad party and wanted something different to do at our outdoor picnic. I rented large games including jenga, checkers, and connect 4. Everyone enjoyed the games and the company was good to work with in our short timeframe.

Extremely unprofessional, horrible service, not dressed for the event. Paid for eight wait staff, only two showed up on time. Other two showed up after 1 hour. No show for 4, and it was a formal dinner fundraiser ball:( No apology from the owner and still charged us for five servers. Stay away! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Not even worth one star.
