Easy drive access to building, not certain about ADA since store is on 2nd floor. The Proprietor was helpful in directing me to the location in a friendly manner. I brought in my vintage wood Mission Oak table lamp and she set it down, sat me down and after a little discussion about what I was thinking she immediately found the perfect shade in her large on-hand inventory. We tried a few others just to see, but she has a good eye and listened. She also pointed out that with this shade the harp I had was too tall, so she found one, and one that was older looking (not all shiny). Price at the register was lower than what was marked on the shade. A very satisfied experience.

Never returned my call. Going somewhere else. I guess they don't want new customers. Very disappointed.

They are now located at 3109 Gillham. The selection of lamp shades was fantastic. The service by the owner (Pam) was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices were very reasonable and product quality was top notch.I would strongly recommend this retailer.

Pam has rewired and restored several vintage lamps for me over the last couple of years. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful in the process. I appreciate that she gives me options and advises on best solution for switches, cords, harps and shades. Each time, she has been very quick to get pieces finished. I never hesitate to pick up vintage lamps or chandeliers now because I know she can fix any issue they may have. I would definitely recommended her.

I drove 45 minutes to give Lampworks Gallery a shot. (After two unpleasant experiences with Dave Smith, I'd rather never return there.) I had a older lamp that I wished to keep but it was malfunctioning. Although the lamp is not terribly special, Ms. Miller was friendly, listened to me, and promised to call when she determined what was failing. She sent me a text within twenty four hours that included a detailed photo explaining what was wrong and what it would cost to make the repair. I wrote back authorizing her recommended repairs and my lamp was ready to pick up the following day. I will continue to send my friends and family to Lampworks Gallery, as my experience was terrific. A pleasant and professional woman who treats her patrons fairly.

This Gallery has so much to give in return for money well spent! I had a vintage rain lamp updated and repaired. I bought this off of ebay and was shipped with 2 strings dettached and an older original light cord.It also had an older oily smell to it after I opened the box. I wanted to share this lamp with my family ,that we once lost due to a fire.On top of that I knew nothing about how delicately to take it apart. Ms. Miller professionally & promptly guided me through the pros & cons of what was needed . She put brand new motor and clear electric cord on it with new oil. She even ask me if there was any decor I would like to add while restringing the oil strands for the finishing touches. It's like new again! I was amazed at the beauty of an original oil lamp that was handled with such care and time to fix in such a professional manner! It's a beautiful memory piece and I would highly recommend her Gallery to anyone in need of such help. She has great years of experience and Great price for her time. As a first time customer I was amazed !I hope this review helps someone else gain some precious memories back as I have with this vintage oil rain lamp. She is very friendly and does great Quality work at a great price!

Pam Miller was great to work with. We had a crystal chandelier that we had purchased in Europe that needed repair and another chandelier that needed to be adapted. Both were European-made, but Pam recognized immediately the concerns we had with them and also alerted us to compatibility problems that we didn't expect, but when rectified made the chandeliers much easier for a good electrician to hang. She was very professional, giving us options and doing painstaking work to make sure that both pieces were safe and stable to be hung, and giving us options so that the work was quality but we could decide how much to spend. Would highly recommend working Lampworks for lighting repair.
