This is my absolute favorite workout ever! I am so thankful they got me in the door two months ago, because I have found my place! I don't think I have ever looked forward to working out more than I have since starting at LAgree. I actually want to workout on my off days, which is new for me. No two workouts are the same either, and you can't plateau. I also love that they ha e started offering more of a variety of classes! I have only tried the regular "mega" classes and the TRX mix-ups, but there are 55+, 101 fundamentals, HIIT, and arms/abs/core focused classes! I have to say the people are my favorite! First of all, the instructors are awesome! They are all so encouraging and motivating and push you to do and be your absolute best! They all have their own teaching styles too. Second, I love the people I've met since working out here! I've made friends, and even when I've gone into a class knowing no one, everyone is welcoming and excited to be there. I highly recommend trying out a class, it's an experience you won't regret!

I just started trying this gym out and I'm on my 4th class. It's a different and updated approach on moves and equipment you might already be familiar with. Every workout has been different and you're working muscles you probably rarely engage. It's great because the instructors will push you as far as you are willing to go but at your own pace. I like the small size classes and the individualized attention. Plan on being sore for a good two days after each class but the good kind of sore. For those who prefer strength training over cardio, this is for you. I highly recommend over and over.

As Miss Kansas USA 2019, I did not know where to start on my fitness journey to Miss USA. Thankfully Heather reached out to me to start training at her studio and the rest is history! This is by far my favorite workout! From the clean studio to the supportive staff and atmosphere, you seriously cannot go wrong with choosing to start your fitness journey here! Lagree is the only workout I have done where I saw substantial results within just one month of staying committed to the workouts. I went on average of 4 times per week while training for Miss USA 2019, sometimes more because I LOVED the results and how my body was feeling. You can begin anywhere, but I would say your starting place should be here with the #MEGA!

I love this workout! I am someone who loves lifting heavy and hates cardio, but the first time I came here I was even struggling. I have been coming a month and already see my improvement. The change is amazing. My calories burned in the 45 minutes are equal to a lifting session most days. My core is my weakness and I can already tell my strength and ability has improved! Love Lagree!

I am in love with LAgree and specifically, the experience I have at LAgree Pulse 45. I was introduced to this practice just three months ago, and have had such amazing results, both in my own physique, and my consistency and renewed love of fitness. The community that is created in this boutique gym setting is so engaging and empowering. I have been mentally and physically challenged more than all the years of body building and fitness competing. I am seeing transformations daily! And, as a mom of 3 elementary kids, this workout fits into my daily routine, so I don't feel guilty for taking time from me regularly. I believe that fitness is only transformational if you can find something you love and will stick with it. I look forward to every workout and am shock how quickly the 40 minute workout goes, but it's still pushes my limits every time. I can say this is one of the hardest, most effective workouts I've ever found, and LAgree Pulse 45 is the best place to take your workout the extra mile!

Came last week for my first time. Didn't know anything about Pilates, or the studio. I was afraid to try something new and didn't know what to expect. Brandon, one of the instructors, was very welcoming and helped me and my friend get familiar and placed us next to people that have been there before. 45 minutes after I knew I was hooked. Returned today and got to meet the owners who were very sweet. Brandon once again delivered an awesome class. I highly recommend this place. Ps. I was sore for 4 days :)

I have been attending LAgree classes for over a year. LAgree is a fantastic workout. I taught group exercise for many years, and I have never seen a work out like this. Interesting enough, the more I attend class, the harder the workouts get. Owners are fabulous... very helpful and outstanding instructors.

I started working out at Lagree when I had just passed my 50th birthday. I hate working out, but needed to find something to help me get myself back on track. I started out twice a week, and that was plenty!!! After a couple months I was up to 3 times a week, and now almost 2 years later I go 4-5 times a week. I LOVE it. It has given me so much energy and strength, and it's a quick 40 minutes a day, so easy enough to fit into my schedule. It truly is life changing, if you push yourself. I actually got Lagree certified a few months ago, and now teach classes!!! I have lost 40 lbs, and countless inches since joining the Lagree family!
