La Pasadita Taqueria

Wonderful food in a comfortable neighborly setting. The tacos are traditional style with well seasoned meats. Honestly I had never really liked a tamale until I had the tamales at Pasadita. And the quesabirria is phenomenal with the perfect melt, the perfect grease and the perfect birria.

Love this place!!!!! Very authentic!!! The gringa is only $8.50! Big enough to split with someone if you are not super hungry!!! Had the gringa with chicken. Very delicious! Also had the Jamaica drink. It's a hibiscus drink that is sweet, but not too sweet. The space is simple, clean with a repurposed decor. Bathroom is newly renovated and clean! Service is great! Parking is tricky. If you go when the tattoo shop is closed, you can park in front. During the day, we park behind Cottin's Hardware or one can park on New Hampshire St. If you are looking for chips and salsa, this is not the restaurant to go to. They don't serve chips. Not on the menu. As per alcohol- saw someone drinking a margarita and it made me want one. lol They have beers available, too. Mexican coke is available as well as other Mexican sodas.Check it out! The prices are super reasonable and you feel like you have beamed over to Mexico!

The food here is amazing. The service is always great and they never fail to get your meal out in less than 10 minutes.

The BEST quesabirria tacos I have ever had. This place is a hidden gem- I have come here twice now. The first time I could not believe how delicious the quesabirria tacos were, so I had to come again to make sure I didn't hallucinate that first experience. Luckily the tacos were just as delicious the second time! This is a family-run restaurant and it's great to be able to meet the amazing people making this amazing food and running this wonderful restaurant every time you come in. This is some of the best Mexican food in Kansas. The strawberry margarita I had was delicious as well. Will be hard to not just come here every time I'm in Lawrence from now on.

I've been looking for a great taco place around Lawrence and I think I finally found my new favorite spot. This place has delicious food and it's reasonably priced! Catch me here again very soon.

Every single thing we ordered, we absolutely loved. Mulitas, cactus, birria, churro, quesabirrias, tortes, ice cold Modelos & Coke. It was all incredible. Love it!

This used to be my favorite place to get birria, but I made the difficult decision to stop coming here after being served some birria that tasted very unusual. It made me question the freshness and quality of their food, especially with how unpredictable their hours are.

Went here because of good reviews, and was so disappointed. The taco meat wasn't good (various ordered), and the food was not warm, even though we were the only table at the time. I rarely leave food, but it was not good enough to finish. The tortilla was crumbling. The server was kind. The salsas were okay.

I recommend this place to everyone. Hands down best quesabirria tacos. Everything they make is incredible, very authentic. Service is amazing and food comes quick. 10/10

Authentic Mexican food and drinks. Really good, but not fancy - food and ambience are like being in Mexico. Very good, though and the homemade salsa was fantastic. Also Pastor pork quesadilla was fantastic as was my wife's tamale. Churro was amazing. Michelada was best I've had outside Mexico.
