La Pasadita

They were in our area today and we gave it a try. Got a chicken quesadilla and an al pastor burrito. The food was wonderful. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious. The servings were huge. Enjoyed it tonight and will enjoy leftovers tomorrow.Very nice and friendly people running the truck.

I liked the cheerful service, the generous portions and the tasty hot sauce, but the $12 entrée prices seemed relatively steep and they weren't ready to serve at opening time (20 minute delay) so I had to wait or return later - not cool.My two a la carte tacos (chicken $2.50 and steak $2.75) were served with a smile just five minutes after I ordered at the window. The tacos had generous amounts of diced, tasty, nicely cooked meats on 5" soft tortillas with sides of onions and cilantro, lime wedges and choice of sauce (mild or hot). I enjoyed the hot sauce, which was delicious, with a good amount of lingering heat.Overall, very nice!

I tried La Pasadita today for the first time after seeing the truck numerous times. I ordered the birria tacos, carne asada loaded burrito, and the birria pizza. If you didn't know, birria is essentially a slow braised beef roast that is tender and falls apart easily. I asked for the hot salsa. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous. The salsa was a roasted chile de árbol red salsa with great flavor and some heat but it wasn't overwhelmingly hot. I highly recommend this food truck. I will be back for more. Amazing food. Have been here so many times and it never fails to be delicious! Great service

Been waiting all winter for this food truck to come back!! They make this amazing ramen noodle dish (mexican style with amazing shredded meat, a delicious broth, cheese and a side of a cilantro-lime-onion mixture to dump into it before you dig in) that has fantastic flavor and comes in a big portion! Just had it again and it is DELICIOUS. Next time I will try something new-I have no doubt it will be amazing.
