Clean, authentic, friendly employees, simple & delicious. La Fuente quickly transported me back home to Arizona. While drive through service is available, definitely give walk-in a try if you have time. Mexican music plays as you approach counter side- You'll be presented with a pretty basic menu that you'll tell them (cafeteria style) as they assemble it in front of you - your choice of 3 tacos (corn or flour), burrito, quesadilla, or nachos - then your meat choice - then your bean choice (black beans or pinto) then the toppings you'd like - (things like cilantro, lettuce, pico, sour cream, guac, shredded white cheese, cotija cheese, different heat level hot sauce, jalapeños, etc) You can also opt to have these put on the side as well, in my case I elect jalapeño on the side. Then at check out, you can add extras like drinks ($3 margaritas, authentic bottled guava! but also normal self serve coke dispenser options) and desserts. Food was delicious. Staff friendly and moved fast down the line. My husband was able to sample the barbacoa (shredded marinated beef) prior to selecting his meat choice to ensure it was juicy and what he wanted. I had the steak. Portions seem small at first, but we were both satisfied and not overly full upon completion of our meal.*They also had elote on the menu as well for an additional item, however we didn't try it, as it's labeled as "sweet corn," & not grilled or dressed up as you would traditionally get. (Which is why I rated 4/5) I'll update & try it next visit, as there will definitely be another visit. You have booth, table and high-top seating options. They serve the food on top of paper wrap in a reused basket (love that it's less waste!) dislike that your fork will go through the paper when eating your rice.

So good, I wasn't even hungry but because I had such a good time the last time I was in the area, I had to stop and get me some street tacos and a Topo Chico. So good! There is a Latin flair with music playing. Clean booths, family-friendly, Mexican sodas, and friendly service make it a fun experience for date night or a family gathering.

Food, service and seating was amazing. I am from Cali and this was like being home. They also have a drive thru. We will definitely make this a regular place when in the area.

The food was delicious, flavorful and the portions were more than enough. Excellent service, the woman who helped us was sweet and patient. Dining area was clean and a great ambiance. Overall, wonderful place to visit. I had the steak tacos and my mom had the pork carnitas bowl. Lots of food, great flavor and worth every penny! I will be back on my next visit!

Ready for this? Chipotle gets slapped with some authenticity.This place is such a cool concept, I'm so glad they've opened! And in an area like Blue Springs, an option like this is sorely needed.Peach Margarita was delicious. The food was solid. Everything paired together, will definitely back. It's so nice to have OPTIONS. Give this place a shot, I think you'll be impressed.

Food was excellent! Shredded beef tacos with green peppers. Service is quick and friendly. Drinks taste wonderful. Love the feeling inside the building.

Great Mexican food for a great price. Set up like a Moes or Chipotle where you can build your own bowl, burrito, tacos, torta or a few other options. They give plenty of protein for a fair price. Authentic food that tasted fantastic.

Food was a 3 out of 10. The restaurant was not clean in the public area, so can't imagine what the kitchen looks like!
