La Fuente Mexican Street Food

HUGE SERVINGS!! The guys working were so friendly and patient even with a lunch rush line. I ordered the chicken nachos with all the toppings. My boyfriend ordered the pork burrito. Each item was easily two meals worth of food. We will definitely be back for lunch, dinner and/or party foods! The inside was clean and tidy.

Stop here in a Wednesday night for dinner. I have not been here before. We were expected a sit down Mexican restaurant but this was an order at the counter to eat there or to go kind of place. I ordered their street taco entree. You get 3 tacos with your choice of meat with other ingredients, rice, beans and chips for about $10. Service was good. Casual dining in atmospheres. The food was okay. I was not too impressed. Tasted bland to me. No flavors to the meat. Although they were soft and tender. Feel like I needed to add salt. Looks like they serve alcohol, Mexican soft drinks, pastries and ice cream.

We love tacos! (Who doesn't?) LaFuente is our go to when we are having a taco craving. Think Chipotle but more menu options and honestly better portions and price. The staff is always friendly and we've never had a bad experience whether dining in or picking up take out.

It was KC Restaurant Week and I was looking up which restaurants were participating in this event and I found this location and decided to stop in.When I walked inside, it was relatively quiet. There weren't many people there which made getting my food a quicker process. There's a decent-sized menu to order from, but I decided to order the Street Tacos with chicken.The street tacos were amazing. The flavors were good and the toppings paired well together. If you're wanting your tacos to be juicier, I'd recommend adding more salsa. It also came with rice and beans and when you mix everything together you get a filling taco that tastes great.Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience here. The food was good, the service was good, and I recommend anyone wanting some tacos to come to this location. I will be returning to try some different menu options soon.

Stopped here for lunch since I was in the area. The service was very quick. It was $10 before tax and I can't believe how much food I got! A very large chicken quesadilla, chips and salsa, plus rice and beans! I was definitely hungry enough for almost all of it. They had about 8 different meat types I believe. I can't wait to come back and try a burrito when I'm really hungry. I was the only one there when I walked in, but it was around 5pm so many people followed soon after. They have very nice large private booths so I didn't feel award sitting alone. Highly recommend!

We come here a lot, and I love that they serve horchata here. They have wonderful taco and meat flavors as well as a wide selection of drinks. I love trying different things pretty much each time I come because there's so many to choose from! I really loved the taco bowl I got last time with al pastor marinated pork.They have a huge open airy dining room with tables and booths, and they keep it cool and air conditioned. The people who serve you in the lineup are always helpful and friendly.

Came for a yelp event and was very surprised at how much i loved this restaurant! I ordered the tacos, chips and salsa, bowl, and quesadilla. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious! I especially loved my bowl with the amazing guacamole! Everything was affortable and the service was outstanding. As soon as we arrived, one of their employees wiped down our table, chairs, and got us a high chair for our child and made sure to wipe it down well too. She was extremely friendly and my 11month old son fell in love with her. For a quick, yet good quality meal, definitely check them out!

Thank you La Fuente for a wonderful lunch date!Opened by a pair of brothers, their small chain in the KC area is quickly expanding. Now at three locations all while opening during a year of pandemic... now that just goes to show the quality of their food and service!My only food critique is that the white rice was pretty bland, but I suppose that's what all the amazing salsas are for!!La Fuente has a fun and unique take on Mexican street food.Enjoy!!

Food was okay. Similar style to chipotle but smaller portions. Hot sauces were not hot at all.

Delicious, fresh food. Order at the counter with friendly workers. The restaurant smells like bleach though and that is my only complaint. I wished it smelled better
