Kurzweil's Country Meats

Smoked pork chops.....Boom! They are fully cooked. Throw them on the grill to heat and enjoy! I hope my brother sends me some for Christmas!

I'm in Harrisonville and a friend took me to lunch at Kurzweil's.They experienced a fire over a year ago and their building burned to the ground. They're in a temporary location while they rebuild their building. We arrived around 2:00 PM for a late lunch. I noticed this place is not only a restaurant but a meat market and they sold a host of canned vegetables. For lunch, my host recommended the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. My sandwich arrived with the Tenderloin burnt and I sent it back. It's always awkward when you have to send food back. Within a few minutes, the new one came out and it was just average. The side salad seemed old and flavorless. Quite frankly, they missed the mark today. Though they seem to have the potential to do better. Wishing them best as they return to their rebuilt building. I will try them again next time I'm in town.

Best bbq meat and hamburg with lots of flavor. they butcher their own meat and it makes all the difference. The fries hot from the frier and great sides. We are jack stack fans and this rivals if not beats It. maybe the best patty melt I've had. a restaurant off the side of a butcher shop meat counter atmosphere beat of Cass county right here

The hospitality was great, and the food was amazing and I just sat there and it was all smiles.Thanks Guys

One of my favorite butcher shops. Every time I'm in the area, I pop in for goodies. FYI, they normally have several samples in the store for you to try, which is fabulous. We have purchased the chicken bowtie grillers, steak grillers (wrapped in bacon), various bacon flavors, and a bazillion different brat flavors. All are amazing! I highly recommend trying any of their brats....you can't go wrong. I've only eaten there once and had the tenderloin. I will tell ya...it was great!

Stopped by for lunch today and had the daily special which was ribs and burnt ends. Really enjoyed the ribs, had great flavor and was seasoned just right to get that blend of the meat, smoke, and spices. Burnt ends was also full of flavor and tender. Think I found my new favorite spot in Harrisonville to get lunch.

This place rocks! Stop by for lunch and was not let down. They have everything you can imagine and more and very friendly staff

I ate at the location in Harrisonville,,,,, for the first time and last,,,, I had the smoked brisket sandwich, cole slaw, beans,, it all sucked,, the fries tasted days old, a large tablespoon full of beans and a small portion of slaw, the meat was plain,,,I COULD AND HAVE DONE BETTER

Got the brisket sandwich. It's meat....fatty even for brisket. No bark to it...sitting in lots of juices that didn't make it any more appealing. Fries were good but that's not what I paid $15 for.......

Quite a selection at the meat counter. Delicious meat plates on menu. Reasonable prices. Courteous attendants. Looks small from the outside, but has quite a bit of seating.
