Kris & Kate's Ice Cream Treats

Among the best! Great ice cream, and lots of items you can add in. Many combinations already available, but you can make your own as well. My favorite is the Dirty Monkey, which is a banana split, with peanut butter (YUM).

They have a huge selection and lots of specialty combinations. The service was quick and there is lots of seating.

Lilly was extremely conscientious about her ice cream delivery. I appreciated her positive attitude and the ice cream was very good! I should know, I'm a connoisseur of good ice cream and excellent service!

Cake Batter Mania Sundae! OMG!! Vanilla ice cream, pecans, cake batter, cherries and cookie dough! I'm ready to drive back to St. Joe next weekend just for another.The ice cream cone shaped building is mid century roadside Americana at it's finest and not only do they have a very lengthy ice cream menu and Dole Whips but hot dogs, Frito pies and nachos. Pure Saturday night Route 66 style nostalgia.

Kris & Katie's will stop you to either admire their ice cream-shaped business or the variety of ice cream flavors and treats they serve. I hope its for both reasons! They can make any type of ice cream treat you imagine would be at an ice cream establishment. Shakes, cones, cups, sundaes, dole whips, splits, floats, etc. A midwest favorite for anyone near the St Joseph area. And a fun experience to try as a day trip if you aren't local to the area.

We love going to Kris & Kate's as a family! Some favorites- peanut butter twister, famous dole whip (a treat for our dairy free daughter) twisting turtle & Oreo volcano to name a few!

It's a little slice of old-time America! I remember places like this when I was growing up in the Midwest. It's just neat!Kris & Kate's has a large selection of different types of ice cream and other things. It seems like they have just about anything you could imagine from a drive-up fast food & ice cream place. The prices were right, too! Very refreshing coming from the East Coast. The service was great, and the people were friendly. I loved it!

Great place for summer. Drive thru offerings, great outdoor seating! Ice cream sandwiches, great small bites, and dole whip are offered!

I had a snow one and it was barely chopped up ice. I haven't tried their ice creams though.
