King's Liquor

Great place. This is the establishment that turned me on to Hoegaarden as the beer that will make everyone happy. They were right. We don't often need assistance, but when we ask, there's always a smiling employee there to help out. My only "complaint" is that we can't keep up with the renovations and improvements. Every few visits, we have to relearn the layout of the store... because they keep making it bigger and better.

Been here several times and only had one bad experience and we chalked it up to a jerk employee and we haven't seen him there in quite awhile. The selection is good, people are helpful and it's a convenient location. What more do you need in a liquor store? Only thing that would make this better is a drive up window.

Great selection, especially for a guy from Washington state; I wish distribution was better from home. The staff is very knowledgeable, thankfully, when it comes to the inventory, especially the out of state micro brews. It was fun also to get an education on local liquor laws.They'll definitely get my recommendation for anyone I know who comes this way.

Just went into this store to find Goose Island Bourbon Stout. While they did have it, they charged me $6.00 more per bottle than their nearest competitor. We will not be going back to King Liquor, and all my friends will know about their price gouging practice

I love this place and the staff is always fun, helpful, and great with customer service. They have a great selection but no bathroom. Pee before you go shopping, just sayin'.

Charging $50/bottle for a rare beer that has a $20 MSRP and that I paid $15 for earlier in the same day at another store. Who doesn't love a good price gouge?

We come here often due to its convenient location and awesome staff. They're always so friendly and helpful. I think the liquor selection is great as well as a nice variety of wines. Often I see a booth set up for samples from specific liquor companies for promotion. I mean, who doesn't love free samples?! But as far as price goes, I'm not sure how this store stacks up against others (obviously not enough for me to notice). I can guarantee you'll have a pleasant experience though!

This place keeps getting bigger and bigger. Large selection of beer, wine and liquor, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also offer curbside pickup, if you call the store they will bring your goods to you while you wait in your car.

I was in the store several months ago to pickup some wine. While I am not a big customer, this was the only liquor store I frequented. When I took the wine to the checkout counter, the clerk did not say one thing to me. The only thing I heard from the clerk was asking me if I wanted a bag for the wine at the conclusion of the transaction. If I can't be greeted and thanked for my biz, especially during these times, it's time to take my biz elsewhere.

I met a dude one time that didn't like Kings. His name was Adolf Hitler. Seriously, how could you jot like this place. Great selection, amazing staff, untouchable beer choices, easy to get to, etc. What else do you need? You don't like this place your are a clown. Just today I saw a bottle of FW Parabola and also a 2010 Lafitte Rothschild. You know where else you can find that in Kansas? There might be 2 other places. And I strongly emphasize the "might."
