10/10 recommend Kid Zone Kansas City! Arrived on time. Did full set up and take down. Neil was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use Kid Zone for my next event. Oh and don't let me forget, best prices around!!!!

We rented a wet/dry bounce house for the kids last day of "quarantine school" and to kick off summer! They played nonstop, laughing and screaming! It was so nice to have some good family fun and normalcy. The staff were very professional and set up and tear down were right on time! We will definitely rent again...probably this summer as the kids are already asking to do it again!

The activities we rented exceeded our expectations. The delivery and set up was prompt and we will definitely us Kidzone for future events!!!

I love KidZone and would not use anyone else! They are professional, safe, bounce houses are always clean and they are registered for the Kansas Amusement Ride Act. I have worked with Bryan and Kim on two events, with one more coming up, and have always been very pleased with their service. They are always on time and their employees are very courteous.

I would love to give more than 3 stars because the delivery guys and the bounce house itself was awesome. However, it was one thing after another. I choose this company because my daughter really wanted a purple slide for her party. 2 weeks after booking I get a call that the slide we reserved was double booked so I would be getting a different one. Brian said he would take care of us by adding 2 yard games at no charge-connect 4 and jenga. We ended up getting checkers instead which was pointless for a 6 year olds Birthday. Our contract end time said 4:00 so at 4:30 I called to see when it would be picked up because we had dinner plans at 5:30 for my daughters Birthday. Brian informed me they wouldn't be there until 6:30 7 to pick it up because they had other pick ups. We were also informed that we HAD to leave it running so they could clean and sanitize it when they got there. All in all we were very upset that we had to keep it running from 10:00-7:30 and cancel my daughters Birthday dinner because we had to wait around for them to come get it.
