Keister Equipment Repair

I have been a Keister customer for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Owner Dan is probably the most knowledgeable small engine tech in the city. Friendly, helpful and honest service. Highly recommend!

My very first time I set foot in the door to this place started the awesome experience! I was picking up some parts that were ordered for a buddy of mine. I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I didn't realize my buddy had paid over the phone so I pulled my credit card out to pay and the guy went ahead and charged my card. He quickly realized someone had already paid and was SUPER apologetic about it. It was an honest mistake that could have been made by anyone. I didn't know they were paid for already otherwise I would have said something. I didn't even think about asking, but as I drove away I thought to myself, if they sell Gravley parts (not sure if they do or not) I'll buy any parts I ever need from these guys!

I've been taking my push mower(s) to Dan since he was first working out of his garage at his house. He's been extremely reliable, honest, friendly and most of all professional!He and his wife are the best!'

I needed by carburetor rebuilt on my mower, which they did very quickly. Afterward, there was a leak. They worked the mower over head to toe until they fixed the problem, at no additional charge. More recently, I took the same mower there on a Saturday for another issue which they said they'd be able to get to Monday probably. They called before close the same Saturday to say the mower was fixed. My son has used Keister as well and we both feel the service they provide, as well as the customer service is excellent.

I was charged for someone looking under my mower and telling me there was a crack in the frame. It wasn't worth fixing, but I was still charged for someone taking two minutes to look at it. I will not be coming here again. They could've maintained a loyal customer by just saying it wasn't worth fixing and not charging me to identify a crack and doing no work on it.

Great service! Took a Briggs and Stratton in for some warranty work. Ed and his wife took the time to call me on updates on the shipping of the repair parts from Briggs and called when finished. Just a great family owned shop.

Great owners! I have went to them for a few years now. Customer service is incredible. Get you in and out as quickly as possible and the quality of work is impeccable. I recommend the to anyone from the home owner who needs and old weedeater looked at to the commercial company who may need fleet work.

I was very impressed with the service and speed of the repair. One day turn around and my lawnmower runs like brand new. They are very honest and trustworthy, and I was shocked to see how INEXPENSIVE the repair work was. I would definitely suggest this company for any lawnmower repairs!
