Wednesday night and the high school students take over. Fabulous! The students created a top notch menu of Italian small plates. The salmon was excellent and not over-cooked. The charcuterie selection was thought- out and nicely plated. The tomatoes with balsamic reduction was a pleasant addition. The lasagna was old school delicious.All was nicely plated and we were joined by pleasant company. We will be back!
