KC Koshary

I love falafel, and I've only had bad falafel once, so I expected your good standard falafel. This dish in its totality is probably in the top two falafel experiences I've had. Absolutely fantastic. I also tried their baklava which was great as well and different than baklava I've had before. Definitely check them out if you get the chance!

tried egyptian street food for the first time and this food truck did not disappoint on the menu: hawawshy, shauarma, falafel, dolma, pita & hummus our thoughts: the couple that runs KC Koshary might be the NICEST people we've ever met! everything in the menu is made fresh and is truly delicious...the boys especially loved the falafel while bea was in hummus heaven our tip: you can find them most thursdays at transport brewery in Shawnee or through their fb page

I ran across this fairly new family owned and operated food truck at a local sports bar.My shawarma salad ($8.00) was reasonably sized with a good amount of delicious, marinated chicken, fresh veggies and a tasty Mediterranean sauce.I liked the reasonable prices and the fast (two minute), friendly, helpful and cheerful service - nice!Overall, very nice!

Excellent food and friendly staff. We always make an effort to head down to Transport Brewery when KC Koshary is here.

Our neighborhood had the KC Koshary truck come for dinner. My wife and I tried 3 of the menu items. The Koshary bowl(vegetarian), falafel pita sandwich(pictured with mostly eaten Koshary), and the Hawawshy(spiced beef) pita sandwich. It was all great and would go back or search them out in the future.

I enjoyed kc koshary outside of Transport brewing. Food was quick, filling and tasted excellent. Paired well with local beers! The gentlemen taking orders was extremely friendly and provided extra plates and forks for the birthday cake my friends had brought for me. Shortly after finishing my food he came into the brewery and gave me a baclava for my birthday. Such nice people, would definitely recommend their food and kind hearts.

We ate here while they were at Pathlight Brewing. Genuinely one of the best trucks we have eaten at lately. We began with an order of falafel, followed by the chicken and ground beef. They were fantastic. After letting the food settle, we went back for their homemade baklava. So creamy and wonderful. We hope to find this truck again!
