KC Fun Photo Booth

We rented KCFun Photobooth for a corporate Christmas party. From start to finish I was impressed. Professional attendant, easy company to work with and our guests had a ton of fun. We will rent from then again.

Bought a coupon on Social Living for a two hour session, read the fine print and the only exclusion was the event had to be within 35 miles of their zip code. After speaking with the wife, who then proceeded to give me the run around...on the 6th phone call, she informs me they can do it but it will be for 3 hours and I will owe them another $100.She had already told me the day and time was fine, but with each phone call, the story changed. Her husband wasn't going to be able to call me within 48 hours because he had a lot of phone calls and stuff to do. So basically their coupon on Living Social and Groupon is a bait and switch. They tell you...when your party will be and they add more money and time on, OR they're not doing your party.I bought the voucher in August 2014, I was within all the guidelines and terms. I called 4 months in advance, I was polite, always returned phone calls and asked great questions. If you ask me, the wife is a ditz and a liar. The husband is a flake for allowing her to answer the phone and throw away business.My parties are always great with several hundred guests, so it would have been wonderful advertisement. Sad for you KC Fun Photo Booth, your professionalism is sorely lacking and as for your coupons, it's obvious you don't honor your own terms. I'm glad Social Living is upstanding and honors their terms otherwise I'd be out the money and party entertainment for one of my children.KC Fun Photo Booth sucks and Buyer Beware on Groupon & Social Living.

Picture quality was really good. Attendant was helpful and professional, on time and friendly. Would highly recommend. Had a lot of props to choose from which was the funnest. My biggest thing was communication which I got. Once I do have another event I'll for sure go though this company.

Please, do not rent with KC Fun Photo Booth. They have lost wedding photos on multiple occasions, and failed to give a proper discount after losing our wedding photos. The owner will not return your calls promptly, and when he does, he will show no remorse at losing memories from your wedding or event. This is a bad company.
