KC BBQ Truck

Company sponsored lunch - I love a free meal!1st impression - 3 stars based on pulled pork sandwich. Meat was tender and moist but lacked smoke flavor. The smoked baked beans tasted ok but I thought they were out of a can. Sweet, with very little smoke.Other folks tried the brisket sandwich but I did not hear any reviews. If the truck comes around my area I will definitely try something different and update the review if anything changes.

I had the Fat Kid, which was an open faced sandwich, with brisket, pulled pork, beans and coleslaw PILED on. Absolutely loved it
