My older watch needed a battery and I found Karats - Andy helped me assess the watch and we decided it could probably use a little cleaning and a battery, but a new battery was sufficient for now. Andy taught me a couple of new things about watches that were interesting as well. Everyone in the store was great! Excellent selection of higher-end jewelry and watches -Their location will change some time next summer - Karats is growing!Check them out!!

I purchased the most beautiful engagement ring from Karats when I was living in Kansas City. Now that I have moved outside the state, I continue to go back to Karats because 1- the most amazing service I have ever received from any jewelry store. 2- the personalized approach to their business keeps me coming back. They reach out to me when it's my anniversary or birthdays that keeps my wife happy. 3- the best of all, I have not found a better value from all my shopping experience. I have compared their prices with other stores and apples to apples they are always better than the rest. love this place. I went just to start preparing get an idea on price, quality, and the perfect ideal balance. The staff was incredibly knowledge and heard every word I said when describing what I wanted. Although I made it clear I wasn't ready to purchase or finance the day of visit they still gave me 5 star service as if I were ready to buy the most expensive ring in the building with no pressure just purely informative. 5 stars for the service and 10 stars for the inventory. So many options to fit the identity and personal values of just about any customer. Highly recommended.

I walked into Karats Jewelers 10minutes until close because it was the only jewelry store open until 7pm that I could reach after my work day. They were patient and eager to see me. They did not rush anything and were very polite. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.
