WHY NO RIDE SHARE DROP OFF?!! Came here in an Uber for the American Royal bbq. The parking line is ridiculous. Sooo many employees assisting with parking yet it took FOREVER to park. Again, WHERE IS THE RIDE SHARE DROP OFF? Our Uber driver continuously had to shout at parking attendants "Where is ride share drop off?" They told her to just keep following the parking traffic. Not one single sign for drop off! We had to pay $20 (regular price to park) to get dropped off or walk a mile! Absolutely ridiculous but we had to pay since one of our group recently had a broken leg just healed. Still not one sign for drop off. She ended up basically parking in the lot and we got out and still had to walk a long ways to get in! Sooo bad! Once inside we all had to hit the bathrooms since it took so long to get dropped off! The bathrooms are so gross and dirty. The pipes are rusting and the stall doors are broken. TP just thrown on the floor in a bulk bag (grab your own roll)! So dirty and so cheap. You can tell no money is spent on improvements, including parking! Bad bad bad. American Royal needs to reconsider this venue and head back to the west bottoms where it belongs!

Went here for a grand VIP tour on Nascar AdventHealth 400 Cup Series for the first time. Never been a fan of Nascar because I honestly don't know anything about it or been to a race before. Race day is so much, can be overwhelming with a big crowd. It's like a big party with cars and merch. They also have other things to do like pickleball if you have time to play, watch toys race, check out other cars/trucks in the fan area. We went during a rain, so best believe everyone is trying to stay dry. They also have truck to blow dry their own track so it can be safe for everyone. The Garage tour was so fun and a must do. It's great for first timers like myself. We got to tour the garage area where you get to see all the cars that are racing. You get to see the pit crew do their job and make sure it's good. Also, got a chance to meet a real live racer Alex Bowman, it was surreal. He even autograph some items for us. So cool. This race, I saw a bunch of cars crashing and it was amazing. I'm a fan now.

Yet another great NASCAR race even with the weather and the delay. And now it's on to Darlington for next weekend

Race days at Kansas Speedway used to be a hot ticket.They were loud, boisterous, raucous and thrilling - an all day affair that was basically, a huge party.Race day is still fun, though it's not like it used to be. Let's just say, if you don't take care of yourself like you should, age can catch up to you.Two things stood out during a recent visit: Concessions and staffing.Concessions are still available, but they haven't kept up with the times. They're the same frozen then fried options that have been there since the beginning, only without anybody to serve them. We stood in line for almost forty five minutes and found out most of our choice were sold out, and the race wasn't even half over. We thought about trying another stand, but half of them were closed and the lines were long.I hope the venue acknowledges and addresses its race day experience. When everything is running well, it's one of the best things in sports.

I can't believe I had never been to a nascar race.... It was awesome!! I can't wait to make more memories at Kansas Speedway. As for the actual business, I don't have anything bad to say! They had plenty of people helping us find parking & the facilities were clean. While there were a lot of the bars and restaurants, they weren't all open, & at one point we waited a ridiculously long amount of time at one of them for just a couple mixed drinks. No matter- I can't wait to come back.

First time to this speedway. the race was amazing. It rained in the morning and parking area was muddy, but it was fun watching everyone get stuck. Out seats were great had a great view of the track and everything going on.

Season tickets. Awesome time, love the whole experience. Beware it's addictive. Season tickets are the only way to go. Four inaugural events in two years, how can you beat that. First time events only HAPPEN ONCE and we've seen four in only two years. I'm hocked.Don't wait in line on I -70, come on to 435 an come down State Ave right to the parking lots. No line or waiting.

The all volunteer security staff in the campground area and at the gates made up of teens from a baseball team left a lot to be desired. For many of them it was there first time working the venue and had no clue as to what their job consists of. It wasn't a problem when it came to the events because that was where many of the more veteran workers were stationed at the track. As to the "Fan friendly track experience" label they try to adhere to isn't all it's cracked up to be when the trams aren't stopping where they are supposed to and the people running those had no idea as to where they are supposed to drop off. I also had problems with rude and inpatient vendors worrying about getting your sale and getting you out the door. It wasn't all bad. There were many friendly people and the racing was exciting. But the 'Frindly experience ' I was expecting was lacking to say the least

Feels bad to leave a review about a race track being used for something else, but that's what this is. Went to the American Royal BBQ here and I thought it was perfectly fine. There's more than enough room on the in-field for all the BBQ shenanigans. The only things that could've been better? They really needed more than 2 ticket windows going to get people in...it was nearly a half hour wait just to get a ticket. And the concourse restrooms should have been open as well instead of having a ridiculous number of foul smelling port-o-potties...nothing to stoke your anticipation for food like foul smells :-/. That being said, I'd imagine it's fun to watch a race here, just not my thing personally. And it's a good venue for the Royal since there's ample room and parking.

Great day at the race. Only set back was no traffic director post race. It took us 1.5 hours to get out.
