I brought my 3 year old granddaughter and she had a wonderful time! Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and sweet to the kids, the food was good and reasonably priced comparatively. There's plenty of room for adults to participate, it's safe, clean, and lots of fun. The whole center is geared towards 3-11 and then there's also a separated spot for 1-3yo. We drove 30mi and it was worth every one for well priced, well done place perfect for any weather.

My two toddlers ADORE Kangas. It's a long drive for us, but worth it because they have so much fun. As a parent, MY experience is very much dependent on the staff. We've been here numerous times and they tend to schedule either all their male staff to work or all their female staff to work. In our experience, the male staff have been extraordinary while the female staff seem to all be trainees and not sure how their business works. Needless to say, if you come on the right day, Kanga's is endless amounts of fun for young ones with a gigantic play structure, a bounce house, and a swinging ship ride that we call a rollercoaster. They even serve expensive, microwaved chicken nuggets. But hey, toddlers love those!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. However, our visit was at opening on a Sunday and the toddler play zone was disgusting. There were hairballs in the corners on the floor, dirt/debris, etc., and dirt caked on the balls in the ball pit. My 14-month-old contracted a rash on her nose post visit despite a bath post-visit, and heavily monitoring her while on-site. I understand that keeping an indoor play zone clean likely comes with its fair share of challenges. However, I would expect given the clientele and this being indoors where food is also served, that they would do a better job to ensure cleaning protocols are followed. I will likely not be back despite the fun she had simply because the lack of cleanliness and the associated risks as result.

Visited for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised! Staff on duty was attentive, polite and respectful. The facility is clean and definitely appreciated the toddler play area and exit safety feature. Party space occupied two rooms and table & chair set up was great for the number of people that attended. Heads up-- party food must stay in your party room, not in the outside seating space :) Towards the end of party, the climbing wall and rocking boat were open for the kids to enjoy. Both restrooms have baby changing stations.

I took my daughter here using her pogo pass and she loved it ! There is so much for kids of all ages to do and even the parents can get on the equipment. We went back a few weeks ago with her friend and they both had hours of fun!

Such a fun place to kill some time! Super clean and the staff is younger kids but so friendly parents are free just bring socks for yourself if you want to play in the jungle gym. Food was okay but you get free refills on the drink! Bonus for us lol They have a separate area for toddlers as well

We have had the misfortune of being invited to two birthday parties here now. I'm not against birthdays, but Kanga's can be a bit of a letdown. No outside food or drinks are allowed, so you're required to buy from them. The pizza tasted oddly like soap. They also don't seem to do much in preventing older children from trampling younger kids. There is a toddler area, but multiple older children were in there throwing balls at each other and occasionally hitting the smaller kids the area was intended for. Despite this area being right next to the front desk, no employee enforced the under 3 years old rule. The place has potential for fun and on a positive did seem like they keep it clean, but they need better food and better staffing if you plan on bringing smaller children with you.

I took my grandson here yesterday. We loved it! The toddler area is great and their indoor jungle gym and exploration area was incredible and so much fun! The areas are cleaned continually and easy for the adults to navigate through as well. The associates are so kind and friendly. I love their personal engagement and follow up.

Giving this a 3; unfortunately this isnt the business' fault. But, I have a 3 year old daughter, we have visited here several times, all of our times visiting have been stressful. I take my daughter for her to go and play, she loves this place. Unfortunately it's really hard to deal with the chaos of the other kids who run around like crazy people.. I've had my daughter being hit by other kids. Just today we witnessed two boys in the bouncy house physically WWE wrestling with little ones in the bouncy house just trying to bounce... no one around to say or do anything... except for a sign that says" bounce at your own risk" opportunity shouldn't be taken away from your kid just because parents can't control their kids. Also, when ordering food there is almost nowhere to sit, almost considered eating on the floor because of the lack of seating.. I don't know; I just wish they'd either change the number of people they let in or do something about the chaos of the location mainly to protect the kids..
