K Jett was sent to us through HomeServe. Could not be happier. Was expecting the worst news and turned out just needed the drain snaked. William with K Jett services was just as nice and professional as you would hope for. Love HomeServe and will definitely ask for K Jett again

Very good people and great service. My water supply line burst. They responded quickly when they were called for service and came the next day to evaluate the issue. Within a day they were there to fix it. They took time to explain things to me about the process. Took care not to tear up more than they had to. I have insurance through Home Serve and if I ever need a repair again, I will request them. Very good experience and highly recommend them!

I am a small business owner, every time I call K-Jett, they are there as quick as I need them. They are the best. Every time I call them they fix the problem. Every person that has been to my business has been very professional, Would not call anyone else.

Untrustworthy. They said they would show up to bid for my repair between 8 am and noon. I took PTO to be at home, as they required. They never showed up.

I called K-jet on my plumber's recommendation. they came out and cleared a blocked drain in the master bath. The stated they saw no other issues and said the drain should be good. three weeks later the drain is again blocked and they will not stand by their work. Very dissatisfied that they won't warranty their work for even 30 days.

I had a broken sewer line, and my sewer-line warranty company sent out K Jett to assess the problem. The K Jett tech told me he couldn't recommend the warranty company fix it, but offered to give me a bid for the job. I said, "Sure, I have to fix it whether or not the warranty will cover it." K Jett said they'd have to charge me $150 to assess the problem. Wait a minute... you can assess the problem for the warranty company, but you don't have enough information to write a bid for me? You've already been paid by the warranty company to look at the sewer line! K Jett, I hope working with the warranty companies is good business, because it doesn't seem honest to me.Midwest Water & Sewer will scope your line and write a bid for free.

We have used K Jett services for about 7 years now and they have always been very responsive to my request for service. Their technicians are always extremely polite and when they are here they are very respectful of my home. We own a small business and appreciate it when a company looks out for their customers before the money comes into play. They do the right thing and are always upfront with us as to the problem and the method to fix it. I highly recommend this company.

My warranty company sent KJett to diagnose why my main drain was backing up after excess water usage. They were great and very helpful however the warrant company denied by claim because I have a belly in my yard that kept standing water 100% of the time. KJett still jetted the line and basically stated my problem will come back as time goes on and the more water usage will slowly rise back into the house. I was told to call the warranty company when it happens. The only issue I had with KJett is when they dug the hole in the yard they failed to put down a tarp and left a huge dirt mess about 3x the size of the hole they dug killing all of my grass.

Anthony at K Jett literally saved us thousands! When another very well known plumber sent a commissioned sales guy to my house and he wanted me to spend $10,000+ to fix the problem I got a funny feeling and Anthony came and saved the day. Fixed our problem in no time and was a joy to work with. I'll be saving his number and will only call him for any future plumbing needs.

K Jett came out today because my kitchen sink and down stairs sink backed up. They called to ask if they could come an half hour early, making it clear if a problem they would come on time. Alex & David came out, gave me a bid, did the work and now everything is working great. Great customer service is something I don't see all the time, but Alex & David were friendly, on time, got the job done for the price they quoated. If only every company could do this. Thanks K Jett
