Strictly an event space now that can accommodate 200-250 people . Rustic brick walls with tall rafted ceilings. They have Edison lights strung throughout giving a nice ambiance to the rooms. We attended a luncheon there. The noise quality for the size of the room was good. They actually have a smaller room you can rent for smaller events or use as ceremony space for a wedding with reception in larger room.

A great place with even better service. I just had my daughter's wedding reception here and I can't say enough good things about the place. Cat was outstanding in working with us to develop a menu and provide a splendid event on fairly short notice. The staff, especially the bartender Lisa, was the best I've ever seen. And the food was out of this world. The BLT sliders and pot roast sliders were the best things I've had to eat in this area. Period. All at a cost of $10 per person!!! If you have an event to host, go to JW Crancers. They do all of the work to make it come off without a hitch at a very reasonable price and an EXCEPTIONALLY attentive and professional staff. Kansas City's "best kept secret" wedding venue. I can't say enough good things about the unbelievable staff and beautiful spaces in this converted historical building. Our daughters wedding was magical and that was due in part to the atmosphere this place provides. Check it out for your special event.

Visited this great lounge on date night with my husband. Was not what I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a small menu of great portion size dishes. The "chicken pizza" I had was awesome!Great space upstairs for a dinner with friends, an intimate conversation on eclectic comfy furniture or hanging with friends while watching the game in the back. The downstairs is a completely open space for private parties. If you haven't visited this hidden gem, then you are missing some of the best food and atmosphere in Leavenworth!

Held a retirement party there Friday night. The price was competitive and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The management are class acts. Some of our food was not prepared correctly, but after we brought it to their attention they immediately replaced it with new food items to our satisfaction. That is the mark of good customer service, and we appreciated the effort to please. I'd recommend this place for any gathering you have to celebrate a special occasion. Kat was a joy to work with! This place is a great asset to Leavenworth.

I Loved this space. From the bar opening on Thursdays and Fridays to them showing my husband and I a great reception! The spinach chicken was the best! Food was exceptional and staff even better. Kat the owner went above and beyond for for our event. Anything we needed she helped!!!!! The bartender Cara took care of us all night and was soooooo nice:) I couldn't of asked for a better reception! Kat was very budget friendly and helpful when planning our date! It will definitely be a date I remember and wouldn't want to forget. Plus I can go in there to the bar and have a drink where my reception was!!! I love J.W. Crancer's Thanks Kat!!!!

This is best lounge in Leavenworth. The atmosphere reminds you of something you'd see in a big city. My friends that come here from Kansas City are so impressed. The bartenders are top notch and they always have great drink specials. Live music on Thursday and Fridays it can't be beat. The owner Kat is awesome. I'm suprised that more people from this town don't frequent this gem, they are lucky enough to have in a town with little else to offer. A lot of people come over from Weston. This is my new favorite place.

Awesome place. Atmosphere is great to habg out with some friends or have a date night. The food is great and the music is outstanding. This is truly the only place in the area I would want to go. Cheers to the staff and the owner.
