What an experience. My friend and I wanted to try a new breakfast spot. We walked in and its an order at the counter, they provide a number, you take a seat and they being the food out. The drinks you pick up at the counter. So my friend ordered first and got a flying waffle and hot chocolate. I then ordered waffle platter which has eggs, waffle, fruit and choice of bacon or sausage but I got bacon. I got my chai and her hot chocolate was called but some firefighter who ordered after us and seem to ordered hot chocolate got up and took what should have been my friends. Now our food comes over and we ask about my friend's hot chocolate. The owner or who ever he was starts popping off about making the orders in the order of the receipt's. We were trying to tell him we know but we ordered before the firefighter and saw him grab what was to be my friend's hot chocolate. He then asked if we got skim milk and we tried to reexplain. Anyway moving on my friend cannot eat her waffle because the inside was mushy for her. She tried to explain and yet again the owner or whom ever he was would not allow her too but instead talking over us. Finally I said can you allow us a chance to explain and let him know he has continuously cut us off. He finally got the point. She got a new waffle. The food was not good for us to have to experience this. The chai latte was ok 3.5/5. I could make better eggs at home and the bacon was just ok. Her food was also sub par for her liking.

Great atmosphere. Did and drinks very good. 1 person out front working alone so receiving our food and drinks was SUPER slow. Plus, it wasn't busy at all.

I called to see what time it was closing because of the snow and they told me it was in 30 minutes so I decide to walk there since it would take longer to get there. I walked there and was told they could only do microwaveable items, I really wish the person told me that was the case instead of me walking there and wasting my time with it...never stoping here again...since I can't respond to the message...your team could have said we don't have anything on so we can only do microwave items. They knew they were closing some courtesy goes a long especially when you know people are traveling in this weather... it took me 5 min to get there. It still deserves a 1 star bcuz of the service...it's nice to see the owner responding saying they didn't deserve it lol...you wasted someone's time...you say I could have ordered but why didn't your people offer me to place an order telling me they will be turning off the kitchen? Closing 20 min early is wild lol

If you are going to Columbia stop by Just Love Coffee Cafe - Crossroads at Stadium and Broadway. I visited last week and stepped out of my comfort zone and had a cold Matcha Tea with vanilla. It was delicious! They are in the Crossroads Shopping Center, and face Stadium Blvd. They also have one on the east side of town. Service was great, atmosphere was perfect for my business meeting. CHECK IT OUT!
