This was our second year in a row and was slightly disappointing. The center light piece was a plain white giant xmas tree compared to an epic centerpiece last year. The surrounding light fixtures were gift boxes and random pop up shops. Less to see.. they had a tire slide that you had to pay extra for on top of the entryFeel like last year was exciting with a scavenger hunt and lots for to see. Not sure if its worth it next year but my kiddo loved seeing lights!

Well this was a hit for us! I brought my best friend, her husband and my godson. We had a blast! The food and drink offerings were so plentiful. And there were lots of lovely warm seating areas, if your feet got tired. But honestly, there's so much to do it was hard to stay still for too long!!We did the snow tubing and ice skating briefly. The kids run was still pretty high so that was a hard sell for our kiddo. He wanted to, but from the top it seemed like just too long of a way down! He decided he would be brave next year.We loved all the performances though! Unicyclists, stilt walkers, dancers. It has everything. Not to mention all the lights. It was amazing and I'd love to go back. I highly recommend!

Went here on the final day because they were handing out tickets for free. I heard a lot of negative things about Jingle but thought maybe a lot of it was an exaggeration so I figure why not check it out for myself. Are the lights pretty? Yes. Will kids enjoy it? Probably. But is it anything like Enchant from last year? Definitely not. There was no maze and much it felt random and not structured in any sort of way. The wires were also not very well hidden and being able to see the barricades sort of takes you out of the experience. Not to mention the plastic tiles were slick and uneven. The snow tubing also seemed to take up way too much space. Overall, I thought it was ok but a huge downgrade from last year.

This is a fun event if you can get a discount. I don't like that you have pay a big amount for the GA ticket, then for the tubing and then for the ice skating. Additionally, that you can only do the activities during a certain time frame. With the lines, you can maybe do tubing 2-3x. Not a fan of that. I'd like to do it for longer and more times with how much it costs. The ice skating was fine because you could stay as long as you liked. The lights were fun. The market area was cute. Fire pits spread around was nice. Food truck options were good. The base of it is, I don't feel it's worth the price if you only pay for the GA ticket. You have to do the activities to make it fun and worth your time. Would I go again? Yes. But only if I can find a discount.

We wanted to check this place out because we had a great time last year for Enchant, this was NOT IT this year, why change, bring it BACK. Not a fan of this Jingle theme, due to the high cost, not really family budget when everything cost on top of entry and how underwhelming it was. Ordering tickets online was a breeze and check in was easy, however when we went in, we saw the view of the whole place easily and was shocked to see how it looks. The main tree looks so sad, nothing exciting to see, and anywhere we went, we had to turned around because it was blocked by the snow tubing, ice skating, or the vendors stores. It was hard to walk around with the expose wires and the photo ops were okay. It's not okay to not pay the employers or vendors.

The tickets are pretty expensive, but the experience is fun. If you aren't going to pay extra for the snow tubing and ice skating you might be disappointed. Tons of area for great photos! The snow tubing line is really long but it was enjoyable. Ton of food trucks to choose from. There are warming stations throughout and several seating areas. Didn't go with my kids but there is a cute Mrs. Claus story reading every hour. Santa photo ops. Fun experience but I don't need to go back!

I saw some poor reviews early on, but took a chance that things had improved. We took our granddaughter to see the lights on Saturday the 14th. She was delighted at all the lights and loved watching the people ice skating and tubing. The beverage tents were nice to step in from the cold and warm up, and the band performing in the one in the upper deck was enjoyable. Her favorite attraction had to be the light up dance floor on the field. All the things I saw complaints about seemed to have been fixed. The plastic tiles on the field kept it from being soggy (even though it had rained all night and most of the day before we got there). The drainage was fine; no bad smells anywhere. The staff was all super friendly and helpful everywhere we went around the stadium, from the ticket counter to the entrance & security, to the folks staffing the bars and even the folks walking around on the field. The tubing line was long but didn't look terrible; we didn't tube or ice skate since we had a little oen with us. There also weren't long lines at the food trucks, and plenty of options for different foods to eat. We had a great evening!

Here is my take on Jingle. The display is nice. But, if you went to Enchant last year, you will be disappointed in Jingle this year. Fewer light displays (the light tunnel was not nearly as long as last year) and I noticed fewer people (I went Friday, 12/6).The kids will love it (which this really is about the kids), especially if they are a little older and want to do the tubing hill. Only the small ice rink was open and they were still working on the "skating trail". So, if you are wanting to ice skate, you might be disappointed.I noticed several muddy puddles while walking around. You know how little ones are when it comes to a mud puddle - they will walk right through it!It is nice that there are several areas that have seating and fire pits. But, there is a lot of empty, open space. If the Legends decides to do the light display next year, please bring back Enchant! The quality of light displays was significantly better and I liked walking through the "maze". Plus, they had a theme for the display (something about the "missing presents") which made it fun for the entire family. I would have preferred Enchants "Reindeer Games" over Jingle.

There were groups of youngsters (20 somethings) that were harassing event goers. Security was only at the entrance. When I was in line for the "snow tubing", my daughter and I were cut in front of multiple times by non paying customers. The workers allowed this to happen. They watched and did nothing. When I said something, they still did nothing. That made it not feel family friendly. Their set up for the line was idiotic and allowed for people to cut. The floodlight from the "snow tubing" illuminated the whole field and made the Christmas lights seem less magical. The ice skating arena had sitting with wood burning fire pits next to it which blew the smoke over the entire ice skating arena. We stopped ice skating due to the smoke. Not all of the food trucks were open. You couldn't get food and drinks in the same purchase. You had to go to a different location and wait in line, again. This was my 2nd year coming here. The first was enchant Christmas and was better. After having the employees allowed the gang like groups to bully others, I will not be returning if it is back in 2025. I spent over $100 on tickets for my 10 year old daughter and I. That is just too much for the experience we received.
