Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's is a great chain sandwich shop, right up there with Jimmy Johns and Mr. Goodcents. Our whole family can find something we like here, which with a little kid is not always the case and we've taken to getting subs often after ballet class down the street. What I love about this Jersey Mikes in particular is that I can order online (even before they open) and it'll be ready by the time we get there after class. We can just pop in, pick it up, and be on our way. They have never messed up our order, and the folks working are super kind. Overall it's a great spot for an easy sandwich on the go.

I decided to finally check them out for a quick sandwich and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a regular sized #9 Club Supreme:Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. They offer different bread options: white, wheat, rosemary Parmesan, and gluten free. I went with the rosemary parm. Finally you can have it Prepared Mike's Way® with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. Or you can customize, I opted for no onions. The sandwich was a good size. A giant would've resulted in leftovers but this was perfect for lunch. The meat and cheeses were all fresh as well as the veggies. The rosemary parm bread was delicious. This will probably be my standard order going forward. The staff were all friendly. The interior is a little small but it was clean and wasn't super busy. I have a new sub spot to visit!

Food was good we got a Philly and the super sub. They were pretty quick and making them. It was clean and comfortable.

This is my favorite fast food sandwich shop around town. I always order the #9 club supreme and I get it mikes way with cherry pepper jelly added on their rosemary cheese bread. I then ask for Buffalo and chipotle Mayo on the side so I can dip my sandwich for an extra kick! I highly recommend joining their app so you can save up point for a free sandwich and you can place order online for a speedy pickup. You can definitely split these gigantic sammies with a friend or loved one. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach when I come here.

In short, We've never been here prior to this visit. I got the Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken. This first trip wasn't impressive with customer service but the food is good. I personally don't care to support businesses that don't have good customer service. In long.. My partner and I had never visited this place. We walked in and there was an unnatural amount of employees working, yet no one greeted us. We get in line and when it's our turn I slightly panicked thinking "do I have to pick bread?" "Do they toast them?" Etc. The guy asks what we want and I say we've never been here. "Ok," he says "do you know what size you want?" He caught our stares at the pictures on the menu and held up a half and said this our double. Double for sure. We are handed a receipt and just look at the guy because we've never been and didn't know if it was like subway where you add toppings. He points to the register where we are asked another question and I say again, "we've never been here before." ... " ok, your total is..."As we waited all of the employees were talking about how good their sales were yadayadayada. Meanwhile we have never been in this place and not one person greeted us, thanked us or showed any interest in anything other than the fundraiser going on. The manager I think could tell I was not impressed. He set his phone down to walk past us and looked in the kitchen (the same view we have) to tell us they're still making our food then goes back to his phone call. Yes, we see that our food is being made, that's not the annoying part.. it's the lack of genuine human interaction and customer service. As we left the manager was on the phone still and standing by the door.. he was nice enough to hold the phone away from his face to say have a good night. Whatever they were working on sounds great and exciting but they failed to interact and support their customers in store.

So, LOVE Jersey Mike's, just not this one. We've had small issues with this location in the past, but nothing more than with any other chain. Today, placed order online and arrived to pick it up. Waited 35 minutes then we were all told that they were cancelling all orders. WTF! No apology, no offer of a coupon, nothing. Just screw you. And the manager or whatever he was, was extremely rude to everyone in the restaurant while cancelling all orders. I will now drive down to the one on 151st St. They have always been amazing.

Real meat! No gray cold cuts like the average sub shop. Glad they came to our city! I recommend them.

I liked the welcoming, fast, friendly, professional service at this new location during opening week, although the dining area was closed.My regular size #7 turkey sub on wheat ($7.50) was served up quickly with my choice of various healthy, fresh toppings. The sandwich had a generous amount of tasty, moist, white turkey, while the bread was fresh and flavorful, and did not overpower the sandwich. The regular size was very filling. Four breads were available, including gluten free. They also offer a good selection of chips, and cookies for dessert. The app helps with the price.Very nice!

Sandwiches are great! Generous amount of meat and toppings. I've always ordered with the app and never had a problem with the accuracy of the orders.
