Nothing was wrong with this part but they switch it and put this old parts on it
This is the beat up caster that they put on. Cubcadet said this should be brand new for warranty replacement. They took it off an old mower
All scraped and dirty wheel. This is under warranty so it should be brand new
The mower I took there was vey clean as it was lest than 2 years old. This part was yellow. They took it off an old mower and gave up this.

I live about 40 minutes away from Jerry's Outdoor and they truly are worth every minute. These guys know what's going on, and always have produced results for me. I will ALWAYS recommend a shop with a group of down to earth experts.

Terrible business. They didn't do the work they were asked to do. The did extra work they weren't asked to do. They charged 30% more than they quoted me. They yelled at me because I wasn't happy with the situation. Then they refused to take my credit card because I wasn't happy with their work. They told me I could only pay in cash or I would never get my tools back.I told them to take their parts off and just give me my tools back. The guy yelled at me more. When I asked to see the tool to see if they even did the work they are claiming to do the guy laughed again and said that "isn't how they do business".Horrible business. Don't trust them. They're crooks and you'll be sorry. Look around and read the rest of the reviews... I should have.

Please be very careful of JERRY'S OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT . Before you take your mower there for any repair make sure you take a picture of (top, back, under side) They are very deceptive, they are crooks. We took our mower there which was almost 2 years old. We only use it for the summer months so it almost still brand new. The mower was still under warranty and all they had to repair was the front caster wheel as it was loose. They held it in their shop for almost 3 weeks when we got it back they replace the caster with an old beat up rusty caster that they took from another mower and the worse part is that they SWITCH THE DECK OF MY MOWER AND GAVE US BACK AN OLD RUSTY BEAT UP DECK, The under carriage is so rusty and whomever that mower belongEd to they tried to touch it up with paint as it was rusty. I contact CUBCADET Headquarters and notify them of Jerry's deceptive practice. Cub cadet said once an item is under warranty ONLY new parts should be used and that JERRYS OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN SMITHVILLE AND KANSAS should ONLY use brand new parts for any equipment that is still under warranty. PLEASE PLEASE be careful of them. They will scam you. The picture shown here should have been new parts however they took this wheel and caster from an old mower and place it onto my mower. "Cub cadet said this is Fraud"

12/6/21 - I took my Cub Cadet mower to Jerry's as it would start but only run for a couple of minutes and then die and not start again. In a couple of days they called and said it was ready. It is a 52 mile round trip. I drove there and they drove it to my trailer where it died and wouldn't start again. They said they would call when ready. A couple of days later they said it was ready. Since it wasn't my fault they didn't get it fixed the first time and I drove 52 miles for nothing I asked if they would deliver it to my house. They said they would deliver it but I would have to pay the delivery charge. I drove to Jerry's and put it on my trailer. I wanted to discuss this situation with the business and went inside and spoke with Jerry's son who was cordial but not going to take anything off the bill for my extra trip. All of a sudden I hear Jerry yell "If you want some money back here is a dollar"!!! He then threw a dollar on the floor. I turned to talk to his son and suddenly in an absolute rage Jerry yells "get off my property and never come back"!!! I start walking toward my truck and I hear his son yelling "Dad don't do anything he is leaving" - "Dad he is leaving let him go"! - "Dad stop"! At this point I am expecting to be assaulted from behind. I make it to my truck and drive home. I try to start the mower to take it off the trailer and it won't start. The next day I emailed Jerry's on their web site to see what needs to be done going forward as they have $333.88 of my money and I have a mower that still won't run. A couple of days later I tried to start the mower and the battery cables shorted out and caught on fire and melted the battery terminals and some of the plastic engine cowling. I smothered the flames with an old towel or my whole shed - the mower and other equipment in the shed would be gone. To this day I still have had no response from Jerry's Outdoor Equipment. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst experience I have ever had in my 71 years!!
