NO SHOW.Scheduled a ride to the airport the night before . Provided 2 contact phone numbers. A simple call or text saying that not going to make it would have been nice. Flight missed!!

I fly in and out of Kansas City and i always call Jeff to pick me up and drop me back at the airport. He's courteous and on time every time. Black Chrysler 300 is clean, roomy, and comfortable. Wouldn't call anyone else. I think he's priced at least as well as a taxi. I'm happy with his service and will keep using him every time.
