Babygirl can cook! All dishes that I have ordered have been delicious! By fav so far is the fried rice!

This happens to be a great 'food truck' that travels around not only regular spots throughout the Kansas City area, but Arkansas and wherever an event, request or great opportunity calls for it to go. Jadabay's has a vast selection of menu items that can vary from week to week and the owner isn't afraid of introducing new entrees and throwing a southern or Cajun spin on them. There are cheeseburgers, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, fish, spaghetti, chicken and shrimp scampi to name a few. She also has a few twists and turns from her beautiful MaDea (grandmother) who she learned to cook from. It's also a plus that the owner is personable, professional and appreciates her customers. She realizes that if there were no customers there'd be no Jadabay's. She definitely aims to please. Sooooo, when you're meandering about & happen to see this food truck; stop & give Jadabay's a try then holler back and let me know what you think.

While downtown at Make Music Kansas City, we grabbed a snack at Jadabay's Tasty Kitchen food truck. The wings and seasoned fries were excellent. The wings weee crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I wish we could have tried more of the food they offered! I will definitely keep an eye out for Jadabay's the next time I see a food truck. Thank you for the time and care you take in prepping and serving your food.

I first became aware of Jadabay's when looking over a list of black owned businesses this week so I could decide what places i wanted to support for Black Restaurant Week in Kansas City. Coincidently (or intuitively) I happened to come across them just a few day later at the Art Garden KC event, held every Sunday in the Pendleton Heights neighborhood.The truck seems to be a well oiled family affair with a diverse little menu. A standard cheeseburger and fries were calling my name this afternoon and the 8oz burger was grilled wonderfully and the fries were perfect - crispy, crinkled and coated lightly with a salty parmesan sprinkle; no need for any ketchup. I would easily gravitate towards their black mobile kitchen trailer anytime I see them parked around town.

Customer service was nit good and that food was overcooked, overpriced and way salty. Pass on this place.

Jadabay's came to our neighborhood and we were amazed at the quality of food that came out of that trailer. Big tasty portions, super friendly employees. Would highly recommend!

Jadabay's catered our field trip to the Quindaro Overlook, a stop on the Underground Railroad in KCK. The service and food were incredible; Janice is easy to work with and our students loved her cooking. We can't wait to partner with Jadabay's again!

I was excited to try jadabays but waited an hour, not exaggerating to get my food. The line to order was long but i figured it would go fast, it didn't. I got the loaded fries, good but definetly not worth an hour. I also got the moz sticks which were actually really good but again, an hour waiting for food from a food truck seems unreasonable. Maybe they just weren't prepared? What annoyed me the most is it looked like there was no hustle. The people working in the truck weren't scrambling while a lot of people were waiting a long time. There were only like 4 things on the menu..

I just recently moved back to Kansas city and I was really excited to see Jadabay's Food Truck because this particular day I didn't bring my lunch. I ordered the Swai and fries. It was cooked to perfection. The fish was crispy and the fries were just the way I like them. They were very accommodating and personable. The truck was very clean which was surprising let's face it we know how some food trucks can look, but Jadabay's was clean and the grease wasn't old. Hats off to Jadabay I'll eat your food anyday of the week. I wish you would consider a punch card. Or have a loyalty program for your repeat customers. Oh and by the way she told me some of her testimony on how she got started and it explains why the food is so darn good. Keep up the good work!
