Jack in the Box

I love Jack's tacos but these were burnt to a crisp. Service was slow, fries were cold and the soda was flat!

This place is poorly managed. The hours they post are inaccurate. They are rude when they are open which now seems rare. Don't even trust to order online because it won't be fulfilled. Horrible business. Good luck.

0708 on a Saturday. See workers inside. Pull up and they say "sorry currently close" How about we just close all Jack-in-the-Box since they work whatever hours they want they don't open up the dining room. This is getting ridiculous. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do better or close them down. Cancel them.

Food was terrible. Not fresh and cold. Onion rings were okay. But had no secret sauce. You do remember secret sauce???. No packets.

If you fell like waiting in line for 45 minutes come eat here! This is my third time here, and my third time waiting 30+ minutes for FAST FOOD!Edit: it has now been an additional 30 minutes since I have placed my order

Usually love jack in the box but this experience makes it horrible. I was just trying to order and it seemed like someone was getting trained. I said my order and the guy took it and some random girl came into the speaker and yelled at me. Idk if she had a rough day or something but she was being extremely rude. I will never go again unless she is fired. I expect good customer service from a drive thru, not someone yelling at me and telling me how to do stuff which I was already doing. I called the place again and she seems to be that she is the manager and I immediately hung up. I also left the drive thru after that rude customer service. Get her fired.

People are always friendly. GREAT prices. Tacos are my fave. Sure sometimes you have to wait, but I don't mind waiting for a few minutes when i know the people are good and the food is great.

The employee who helped me was very rude and short, her name was Abriann. Food was alright, curly fries are always good, I do wish they had nicer employees though.

I am giving this place one star because the app will not let me give it any less. I have never been to Jack-in-the-Box before and I was so excited to try it with my friends! So I placed an order, but I placed it at the wrong Jack-in-the-Box, so we traveled longer in order to get there and we were already upset about it, not their fault. When we got there, the wait in the drive-through was already 40 minutes long and they gave us the wrong order! We ordered two regular three-piece chickens, as well as a chocolate cake and some other things. We got most of it, but we're given two three-piece hot chickens and no chocolate cake, as well as none of the condiments. When we got to the drive-through, they asked us what condiments we wanted so we told them, still did not receive condiments. Then when we brought up the chicken they looked annoyed and we were asked to pull around to get new chicken. They also said that we could keep and eat the hot chicken they gave us. We pulled around and ate our food while we waited like 20 more minutes for the chicken.And then this lady came out and started yelling at us about giving the hot chicken back and when we said we had eaten it, she got upset and gave us two regular tenders when we were owed six. Before doing that, she went inside and threw a cup like a child throws a tantrum. We ended up taking the two tenders and driving off with no condiments no chocolate cake, and no chicken that we paid for and wanted. This was an absolutely horrendous experience, and not deserved as my friends and I were being as kind as we could be given the circumstance. Will not be returning.

Left after 28 minutes waiting for 3 total food items. I need more characters, so ill add that the employees were also pretty rude.
