In The Lowest Ferns

I CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! Never having been here before, my friend and I goofed up twice. Once was not understanding that the location looks weird so upon arrival we thought we were in the wrong spot and the second was coming too early. Don't get us wrong! We LOVED the cocktails and the lack of line, and the decor is just absolutely perfect. However we didn't realize it wouldn't get bumping til 11 pm or so haha. Drinks were immaculate. So good my friend had 3 of the same one and I had 2 of mine. Definitely coming back to dance the night away :)

I haven't quite figured In The Lowest Ferns out...and I can't decide if I want to or not yet. Not because it wasn't fun and cool looking, but more-so because the vibe was just a little confusing last time I was there. The drinks were okay but the bars were confusing and the service was kind of slow. The dancefloor was kind of full but the DJ wasn't really encouraging anybody to get out there and, despite it being after midnight, it felt like more of a hang out and chat type of place with very loud music rather than a night club. Maybe it was just the night I went?It was super smokey in there with a reasonable amount of seating available but ultimately not worth the $20 cover.

Great little cocktail bar. Love the European vibe. Came here for a friend's birthday and it was super fun. Bartender whipped me up a fabulous lemony gin concoction that quenched my thirst and gave me a little buzz that took the stress of my chaotic work week down about 15, maybe 16 notches! I went from banging my head to smooth operator!!

If you want to visit a unique nightclub in KC this is the place to go. We are so lucky to have such a specially curated club in the West Bottoms. DJs were amazing. Cocktails were cheap and good. Everyone was so friendly and the dance vibes were great. I had read reviews and heard from others that security had guns but never saw that in the evening we went. Felt safe! I will say a friend of ours had to go outside a couple of times because the heavy incense smell was overpowering for her. Would love to come back!

The drinks were great (and creative!) and the vibes were immaculate. Such a relaxing, welcoming, and fun space.

My husband found out about this hidden gem located in the West Bottoms from a coworker. It's a true speakeasy type bar and lounge. The building is unmarked, and was converted from a warehouse into this beautiful and moody space. The ambiance is truly unique and gorgeous. They have live music and DJ's on certain weekends. The signature cocktails were good and we truly loved our experience here.

Very vibey 70s ambiance, but cool. Had a gin cocktail that tasted nice, but didn't create a buzz off just one.

Awful place. Service is terrible. Got kicked out after an hour. Was never told the reservation was only for one hour or I would have booked later. Don't give this place your business. I would have rather given money to a homeless person

THIS IS MY FAVORITE SPOT EVER. The workers, the music, the vibes, the crowd IS SO UNMATCHED IN SUCH A GOOD WAY. I swear i recommend this place to everyone who asks for a going out spot!! Also super yummy drinks!!

Fun vibe. There were not many people when we were there, but we came around 7:30pm and left around 10:00pm. The place was starting to get more busy when we left. It is hard to find on purpose.
