Ika Grill Sushi & Pan Asian

This place is always a hit when I go. The service is always exceptional and it has a very good ambiance in the restaurant. Me and my family split the dishes we get so we get a few and split them. The hot and sour soup is very good and very hot, took a while to cool down. The house beef is brilliant and it always on point. The combo fried rice is also very splendid and it fills me right up. When I said earlier that my family and I split this stuff, I mean that I eat most of it, so the last pic down below is how I felt after the meal.

This place is great! We have been a few times and it is always reliable for good sushi and gyoza. I love the inside decor and the service is great. They usually look crowded, but they have always been able to seat us quickly. I believe they also have an outdoor seating area.

My family and I eat at Ika Grill several times a month. Their service is always fast and the ambiance of the restaurant is fun and upbeat. The house beef is one of my favorite dishes ever and their salmon rangoons are a MUST!! Highly recommend stopping by for their lunch specials.

Stopped in for a date night and this place is YUM! Big proportions, delicious flavors, and prompt service! We ordered sushi and skewers but ate them too fast. There was nothing I didn't like.

I frequent this restaurant quite often, and it's consistent every time. It's almost always busy, but the service, quality, and speed don't change. I've come with just my husband, a small group of friends, and even a large group with 10+ people. They have an indoor seating area and a covered outdoor seating area that doesn't get too hot even in this 90-100 degree weather. Over the various visits, I have tried the crazy monkey roll, kun pun wings, house salad, papaya salad, general chao's chicken, kun pun gi, kun pun shrimp, jam bong, jjajangmyeon, and their happy hour rolls. Everything has been good so far! The happy hour rolls are a pretty great deal - 2 rolls for $11! And the quality is up to par. One of my go to dishes is the kun pun shrimp (don't believe it's on the menu, but you can ask for it). It's just like the kun pun gi except with large shrimp. The breading is the perfect amount, it's crispy on the outside yet still chewy on the inside, the shrimp is tender, and the thick, spicy sauce is what I come back for. Overall, this place is solid, and I'm excited to try some of their other dishes!

I would like to say, I will be heavily comparing this spot to the one across the street (Sushi House) as I basically had the same plate yesterday, just a different spot.The atmosphere is very nice and I don't know many sushi places that have outdoor seatings. Cute. I once again sat solo at the sushi bar. Very nice and clean.I ordered an espresso martini and the recipe on the menu stated, "haku vodka, espresso, and simple syrup"... as you will notice, that is not the cocktail I received. It is made with bailey's, not espresso. Which I did not care for at all. The sushi was good. Sushi House across the street has the BEST tuna, so I didn't have high expectations for the tuna here, but it was nice. The salmon here was better though, very buttery. Over all, I think the atmosphere and salmon is better here than Sushi House. Still on the same price point, paid $56 before tip.

I've been going to Ika Grill once or twice a month for the past few months. The service is always friendly and attentive. The interior is always clean and well maintained and there is an outdoor seating area. On our last visit, we dined outside to enjoy the nice weather. There is a happy hour menu with all day happy hour Sunday. 2 for $11 HH sushi roll options is solid! We ordered a couple of those and the Dungeness crab roll that was listed on special (has been listed as special last few times we've visited). The sushi is so good! I really like the sushi rice and I think that's what sets the sushi apart from some other spots in the area. Dungeness crab is not something I see around the area at other places. I will keep getting that roll as long as they have it listed on the special. Highly recommend giving Ika a visit!

Ika Grill is a "Must-visit" restaurant!!I picked the location off of Yelp, and I absolutely was not disappointed. It's an unassuming location in strip shopping center. From the outside it's an average looking restaurant, but from inside, it's very comfortable, warm, and accommodating. The entire restaurant was was very clean. I always judge how things look in the back based on how well they keep their bathroom clean in this place didn't disappoint. The bathroom had all of the right things and was spotless. They spent the extra money to add in some tech with the sink with the hand dryer.The service was excellent. I was seated immediately. I chose to sit at the sushi bar. The sushi bar is small, but roomy. I definitely had plenty of space. The seat was very comfortable and stable. Within a minute of sitting down, an expediter came and put a clean glass and a full carafe of ice cold water in front of me. Within two or three minutes my server came by, introduced himself, and asked me if I wanted an additional drink. He gave me a few minutes to look over the menu, and came back and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was accommodating for a couple of my special requests. He and other staff checked on me frequently. The sushi chefs were attentive and ensured I had everything I needed.The food was excellent. Everything was prepared perfectly. It was all fresh. My small dinner salad was larger than expected, and was very fresh. The vegetables were cut perfectly to eat with chopsticks. The kimchi was stellar. I'm not sure if they prepare it themselves, or purchase it locally, but either way, it was better than I expected. The Yuzu Hamachi was fresh and extremely flavorful. The Thai coconut red curry with chicken was my favorite. The chicken was soft and tender; cooked perfectly. The portion size was a great value. I had leftover of both the Thai curry and the kimchi, probably enough for a full meal tomorrow.As I was leaving, I forgot to grab my leftovers. Before I could get to the door, a server, who was not my server, and one of the sushi chefs yelled out to me. The server grabbed the leftovers and brought them to me at the door. This place is excellent. I absolutely loved my visit. I'm definitely going to be back.

Sunday is the fun day. All day happy hour. Great sushi specials for happy hour. I loved the shrimp tempura.

Eclectic menu. I typically get the Tom yum, which I think is excellent. Sushi and sashimi options. The food is is consistently excellent quality. Service is attentive without being overbearing. If the weather is nice we sit outside in a covered patio area which is really nice.
