My wife and I have been to this location several times now, always early on the weekends (we're older). I don't have anything earth shattering to say about this restaurant. As far as the food goes, it's always been what I expect from an iHop. What that means for us is, we really like it. That said, we've never had anything but breakfast. But it always properly prepared, tasty, and we like it. I know that doesn't always translate to other's taste. Finally, and this is big for us, every time we've been (there are usually few others there) the staff is cleaning. One member was moving all the cushions in the booths and wiping then down with care. To us that goes a long way. The restaurant biz can be hard, but decent food and attention to detail can go a long way!

Came here for breakfast the other day, and disappointed in the service, food and cleanliness of the place. We had not been here in a while, but wanted the multi-grain pancakes, which they longer have, so had to stick with the traditional buttermilk. The waitress was nice at first, until she brought our meals, and I pointed out the sliced in half hotdog rather than sausage link the menu mentioned. The pancakes were good, thankfully.

Food and server, Izola, were excellent. We visited very late since no other available establishments open Rowdy teenagers were rampant. Was Friday night after a football game. Workers went about their business unbothered. Well, I surely was bothered by the noise. Izola's pleasant personality, her patience and good food only reason for 3 stars.

Remember when IHOP used to be good? Maybe I'm only remembering the good times like in a bad relationship. It's safe to say they're not good anymore. Most things are flavorless glop. Service is slow and disjointed. Prices a high for what you get. There are better places at the sMe price point. In the 80s this wasn't true but now there are alternatives. The only excuse for eating here is after 9pm when every other diner is closed.

I enjoy going to iHop don't get me wrong, but this particular location tends to have a lot of issues with the amount of staff, supplies and food. Worst times to visit is after 5pm apparently and I like most of the staff, descent attitudes and no bad ones. I would add a rule to not allow staff to serve food with dirty fingernails or walk in and head straight to the floor smelling like cigarettes after a ciggie break. Knowing that my food has been exposed to that aroma and my plate has been handled with dirty fingernails touching my plate... *gags*. Also, I know we have Hispanic employees in the back that are pretty well cookers, but never play your music here again. This is not a Mexican store, this isn't a club or Panadería. This is iHop. Are you guys missing a manager or have a horrible one?

food was good. Unwrapped my silverware and it had dried food stuck to it. Server was great, friendly and fixed the silverware issue. . Hostess/greeter was tall gal, rude, had an attitude. We saw that she had a negative interaction with another customer And was telling the manager she "the customer had an attitude when she got there". No, it was YOU. I didn't complain to the manager but should have. Because I saw your smirk when you walked away. Not everyone is beneath you. Training opportunity!!!! Prob an amazing person, maybe having a bad day.

Food came relatively quick considering it was a holiday (4th of July) and packed! It was also my son's golden birthday! The manager was so excited to sing for him, and even got whipped cream on his face as a prank while serving the first bite of his treat. My only complaint is the cleanliness... my daughter had an ant crawl on her and my son had a couple over where he was sitting in the booth. I know ants are a nuisance, but pest control should be able to handle that, as well as consistent cleaning. Made me wonder about the table top syrup, etc... ants are tiny- you would never know! Thankfully for me I ordered eggs benni- always yummy!I'll probably be back, as it's close and the service was nice!

Foot high letters say Kids Eat Free after 4 pm. We ordered at 6 pm and were charged for the kids meal. We were told we had to ask for the free kids meal. Then we were told the server had to tell the manager we wanted a free meal. How about the manager reads the list of what was ordered? It said kids meal. I just wanted a nice meal not an argument. It was finally taken off but why did we need to even have a discussion? The owner? The management team? False advertising is illegal isn't it? Not going back. Food was fine. Server was fine. But...

Restraunt only had grape jelly when we went a few weeks ago. Went yesterday and they had no jelly. What breakfast restraunt has no jelly? This location! Waitress said she had peanutbutter and honey only. We left without ordering.
