DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO QUICKTRIP IF ITS LATE AFTER HOURS: We recently visited this IHOP on 8/21/24 a european woman said you can sit anywhere on the left, we sat for 2 minutes and she brought us menus. About 5 minutes later a young interracial man (black/european looked like he was off some drugs possibly had curly hair) came from the restroom, went in the kitchen area, then came to our table and took our drink order. We we're the only two people in the restaurant at 3am at the time. Our food came out nowhere near how I asked for mine pancakes lightly browned (they were dark brown over cooked), cracked eggs with American cheese mixed in the eggs not on top (the complete opposite with cheddar cheese on top) breakfast potatoes we're fine, turkey bacon cooked about one minute longer (it was cooked about 4 minutes long very hard/dry) my wife's order was a steak omelette with potatoes she asked for extra vegetables which they forgot to add. Ohh and mind you The food took 45 minutes to come out the kitchen. We ate part of the order they removed some items off the, we paid the $12 bill left a $3 tip (as the young man looked as he was struggling barely making it) and left NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN! This restaurant needs new management, cooks, host ASAP !!!!

Decide to have a late brunch and to avoid their peak hours, went around like 1:30PM, they were busy to notice that I was waiting to be seated. The whole process of waiting for a seat, waiting for the menu and for them to take my order was longer than I expected. waited 30 mins and more for all of that. The food came out fast and hot. I devoured it. The services did get better as more people came in. If you had the time to wait then this place is for you. It would better if they could get more help instead of one girl who was busting by herself.

I ordered in line went to pick up food and received the wrong order. called came back almo correct but no meat with one dish. spoke with manager and she refunded for the meat. Three trips on Sunday morning and no one at IHOP could care less. I'm not going back to the Raytown store. Bad service and im sure they could care less.

I've received better service from homeless cleaning windshields at stoplights. The restaurant was freezing, my table was soaked, my server (if you could call her that, more like a lingerer that occasionally took orders) took an hour to get my food out, and after 20 minutes of waiting for my check (she hadn't come to my table even once since I ordered), I decided to walk through the restaurant to go find her. I've been a server at many restaurants in the past, and I can tell you that they weren't busy at all and that she wasn't even trying. Do better.

Don't waste your time, terrible service the waitress was b she was being so rude just bc we were Mexicans she was throwing the things at us we decided to leave and she charged us 20 dollars just for a juice and a lemonade and she didn't even give us a receipt.

it took almost a half an hour to be seated. Then it took another hour and a half for food to be delivered. When the food was delivered it was horrible. Completely not edible. The restaurant was understaffed badly and I felt terrible about the waitresses. So I ended up leaving a tip even though they really did not deserve it.

I went this IHOP and the service was so excellent but the only thing is it felt like I just landed in the snow. Fortunately the stuff was so nice they turned the air down. Love then for this. The food was great I got the two by two by two and it was great. Chocolate chip pancakes . The people were great I felt so welcome I highly recommend. Open twenty four hours.

They have roaches bad NOBODY WASH THEIR HANDS food be expired they still sell it. Managers don't care about anything even when they are being raciest the cooks clean floors mop and take out trash then go back to cooking without washing hands
