The hotel was an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, the linens crisp, and the bathrooms pristine. The staff, always courteous and efficient, maintained a high standard of professionalism. The overall ambiance was one of tranquility and refinement, making my 107 day truly enjoyable.Unfortunately, my stay had one significant issue: the elevators were out of order for the entirety of my visit. As a guest on the second floor, this meant lugging all my belongings up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. While this was a major drawback, I hope it was an isolated incident and not a recurring problem at the hotel. They also offer breakfast and it was amazing; pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, they have it. Sadly the pancake maker broke midway through my stay. Their in room kitchen can accommodate almost all cooking, so i knocked out most of my meal preps utilizing what they offer.Don't need to worry about parking as well, they got extensive lots to accommodate many vehicles of all sizes.

Flawless check-in with Bonnie today. She gave me the rundown, the layout, and a map. The crazy thing is you can actually get lost in these buildings, but once you find your room, breakfast area, and the parking lot; you won't need to see the rest of the hotel.Room 3302 is in the C Building, which is close to the breakfast room. The room itself is a suite. It has a living room, kitchenette, separate bedroom, and bathroom. The living room has a flat screen TV, couch, coffee table, some accent lighting and a desk. The kitchenette has a full fridge, a small range, sink and dishwasher. The bedroom also has a flat screen, queen size bed, end tables accent lighting, and a closet.Breakfast is served promptly at 6am Monday-Friday, and at 6:30am on the weekends. Breakfast is Continental style. Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and waffles are available in a buffet. Also, various cereals, oatmeal, and hot sweet rolls are available. Most importantly, the coffee is a plenty and ready to take if you're on the go.The hotel has a small fitness room on the first floor that has a couple of cardio machines, but Gruber Fitness Center is next door, if the in-house gym is full already.I was here for a three week course, and the hotel was well within walking distance of the Lewis and Clark Building and Eisenhower Hall. Just one block away, you can find the post commissary, which is open everyday, along with the post exchange.Bonnie even helped me find an off-post barber, after the Barber Shop at the PX stopped seeing customers. The room was clean when I got it. Came with a living room and kitchen, two TVs, and a spacious bathroom. Housekeeping came to tidy up the bathroom.I'll be here for three weeks, so I'm pretty comfortable and this location is well within striking distance of everything I will and could need during that time. Lucky to have roomed here.

This particular IHG is located on Ft Leavenworth Kansas. Probably most known for the US Disciplinary Barracks (AKA the prison), there is not much else here, aside from the USCG. Shoppettes and PX all close super early. NotMany activities happening. Roads are narrowAnd old. So I hadn't much of a High hope forThis Army IHG WRONG. Hands down the best IHG on an Army installation I have ever stayed at. Huge rooms. That's all ICan say. Huge, rooms. The only reason they don't get 5 stars: The building layout is incredibly difficult toNavigate and the hotel Cleaning staff is either lazy or incompetent. In my two week stay I often found my trash had not been taken out, several days I had no bath mat (the towel you place down so you can step out of shower - they legit kept taking it?), and they only changed my sheets once in a 15 day stay. But that's the cleaning staff. They can be replaced. And if they do not perform to standard, surely they will be, just as we are all replaced if we fall short. Otherwise, greatest Army IHG I've stayed at to date.

My stay here was comfortable. The rooms were converted from old barracks spaces, but the hotel has done a fair job with renovations. The setup of the buildings can be quite confusing with the inter-connected stairwells - I kept comparing the complex's layout to the Winchester Mystery House. Getting to the free breakfast in the morning was confusing, even with the posted maps, so it takes time to get used to the facilities' layout. The best part about this hotel is its staff. All of its front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance are extremely friendly and professional. I had an HVAC issue and within seconds of calling it in to the front desk, I had maintenance knocking on my door. They were able to fix my heat in no time. The hotel is easy to get to from the main gate and is close to facilities like a gym, the exchange, and the commissary. It's also nice that you don't have to pay to use the hotel's laundry facilities. My room was large, spacious, and comfortable. Not a bad stay!

I've read the reviews on the renovations upgrades etc... our stay here has been really great and I was shocked to see how nice it was upon entering the room. Bathroom is spacious, Kitchen spacious, Bedroom spacious and the living room was spacious with a sofa bed. Room comes with a desk, two flat screen T.V's, Mini fridge, Coffee maker, Microwave, Two spacious closers (one in the room and near the entrance of the room, Dresser and Ironing board. We are very happy with choosing this hotel on post.

It is okay place to stay if the army pay for your move since it locate right on post. I dont think it really worth the price. It is extremly confusing finding my way around this hotel. The laundry room dryer is a hit or miss, some of the machine doesnt work very well. My first day there, they forgot to remove the trash from the previous stay. The day I moved out, the cleaning lady left her cart in the middle of the aisle disregard the fact that I have to push her cart to the side myself then i have to maneuver my heavy luggages around her cart. Yikes.

'Ten Hut!! You don't have to be in the military to enjoy the perks offered at the Hoge Barracks Hotel! This is an active army barracks that rents rooms when the soldiers are not lodging there. They actually offer a choice of three different buildings! Of course everything in the military is all "spit and polish", so you know what to expect when you lodge there. The streets, parking lot, landscape, lobby, hallways and rooms are all very clean! The staff is attentive and willing to assist in anyway they can. This is an active Post, so your vehicle will be searched each time you go through the main gate! The hotel is close to a number of facilities that are of use to you while on-Post, including the PX Main Exchange (grocery store), Post Movie Theater and the Trails West Golf Course. Free internet and free local calls! Ft. Leavenworth is just a short, 20-mile drive north of Kansas City. They have special rates for active or retired military or first-time lodgers (We only paid $54 per night)! Our room had a nice living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen! Free hot breakfast everyday and free dinner on Wednesday! This is a very nice place and fills up quickly, so don't wait until you've "got nowhere else to go!" (famous line from the movie) LOL

This has recently been converted from a barracks to a Holiday Inn. The rooms are big, about the size of a small 1br apartment. My room had a microwave and fridge, separate living room, full closet. Free breakfast, free wifi, social hour in the evening with food. Downsides: the mattress was clearly well past the end of its life. "Squishy" would be a generous way to describe it. Signs on the hotel walls listed amenities in the wrong buildings. The only thing resembling weights in the fitness center was a broken lat pull-down machine. And the kicker....a millipede came crawling along the bedroom wall as I was going to bed last night. If I visit Leavenworth again, I'll be staying at a different hotel.

The staff is very nice. However, I don't think the cleaning people follow a checklist. Some days my trash is taken out, others it's not? Some days I get restocked cups for coffee, other days I go without? Both of my air filters were nasty. Breathing was not pleasant. I called and they fixed the same day.It seems every other day I'm lucky to have a hot shower. The days it's not hot, it's less than warm.So here is my opinion. This is a classic example of a hotel chain in bed with someone on the post and the services we get is subpar simply because we are a captive market (soldiers) and we'll just deal with it. In my opinion, there is no oversight. For example, the refrigerators are so small you can't keep much of anything in there. Additionally, there is no grill. If you live here for 3-4 months you constantly make bad food choices because you lack normal appliances.Windows are bolted shut? Yeah, makes no sense? It's very stupid. What if a fire happened? We are toast. That's not my complaint. My complaint is there is no fresh air and it's extremely dark in these rooms. In the end, we salute you Holiday Inn for raking all those Benjamin's in but literally putting nothing into the hotels infrastructure.
