I Want Flowers

I specifically selected a local florist to help support their business during this time of closures. Placed my order for flowers and a balloon with delivery a day before Mother's Day. Towards the evening I tried calling them to determine if something was wrong or not. All I got was an answering machine saying they were a 24/7 delivery florist. I left 3 voice messages and no one called me back. The next morning I called again and finally got a hold of someone. I asked them about my delivery which never came. I was asked to call back at 1pm. I called back at 1 pm and no one could tell me if my flowers were going to be delivered or not. I was promised they would call me back around 3pm. No call. Finally around 4pm they were delivered. And as you can see from the photos they were not fresh, guess they were sitting in someone's trunk for two days and NO balloon. I will not be using them again.

I wanted flowers. That's why I went to the shop during normal business hours and they were closed. Lame.

I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend at 7 o'clock in the morning online.. I requested delivery at her employment between 2pm and 5pm.. I called at 10am to verify and they insisted it would not be a problem. Furthermore I had to call multiple times before somebody picked up, and when they did it was the same Oriental woman who spoke broken English so badly, that communication was nearly impossible. I had to remind her on the phone that a stuffed bear was ordered as well to accompany the arrangement and then I waited all day. 5:15 rolls around and so I call twice. No answer.. again! Then they call back and it's the same woman I can barely understand. She begins spouting off that her driver was in a terrible crash and the flowers would not be delivered at all.. It did not sound believable at all, and she began talking about her driver having to go to the hospital. Well, the drive from I WANT FLOWERS and my girls place of employment is literally a few blocks down the road. Both places are in the Zona Rosa area.. So, I contacted a law enforcement buddy of mine that works the area and their were no reports of any accident fitting the description whatsoever.. no one was rushed to any hospital and according to another review on this site.. they've used the hospital bit before. This place is an unprofessional joke and I'll never even consider their business ever again.. I demanded a refund and she tried to offer me a discount for a different day. I told her to give me a full refund immediately. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THEM.

I've received about 5 flower arrangements from here and genuinely they're the most beautiful I've ever seen. I've had my most recent arrangement for 3 days and there are still flowers that haven't bloomed yet! Seriously 10/10.

I called the shop (last minute) for same day delivery. A woman from the shop called an said it was very busy but they were going to make sure she completed my order. She upgraded me no charge was said it would be done and would be gorgeous. I was so appreciative of getting in last minute for same day delivery! This shop not only squeezes request but went extremely above and beyond to make my nieces day special. The bouquet was exquisite and my niece loved it so much! I recommend this shop over and over! So kind, nice and amazing floristry talent!

I called at 9am on a Sunday and had to hang up before anyone answered due to a distraction. I was called back 2 minutes later by the owner. We discussed my wife's color and flower preferences and she outlined what she was thinking in terms of design, etc. and we agreed on a custom arrangement. Less than 2 hours later the arrangement was delivered to my door. It is beautiful and blew my wife away.I am under the impression they do not currently have a physical location and only do orders online or by phone.We are very happy with the service and the product and will use them again.

Terrible experience. Neither the flowers nor the vase looked anything like what I ordered. When I called about it the person was incredibly rude, yelling that I should be grateful because they used more expense (ugly) flowers and threatened to go get them back from my sister's shower. I can't believe this place is in business.

My mother received an azalea plant in sympathy for my sister's passing. A plant vs flowers so it would last. The leaves kept falling off and the blooms looked a bit diseased on the edges. It was not in good health. When she had a chance after funeral arrangements (6 days after she got the plant) she called to let the company know. My mother knows her plants! They argued with her telling her she wasn't taking care of the plant correctly. The lady that she talked to secondly, wouldn't let my mother talk and then hung up on her. Don't use this business!

Came here to get a quote for my wedding flowers a year ago, hands down the best price in town. I was able to get some of the flowers I wanted but most importantly she worked with my budget. I would recommend this place to anyone. A few of my guest commented on how good the flowers smelled and the roses were huge.

Very nice shop. Even though the flowers I wanted that was on the website wasn't available, I was offered an alternative which turned out fine. I received 3 mylar balloons for free for the inconvenience. It's tucked away but great customer service which will keep me coming back.
