I've been going to HOD for years and they're the best! John Paul is the most talented jeweler I've ever seen. He always works w me to design the perfect piece. His craftsmanship & detail to the design are impeccable. He really goes out of his way to make us feel like family. No need to ever go to another jewelry store. John Paul & HOD are simply the best.

My daughter's engagement ring was in desperate need of repair. JP clearly explained the process and assured her they performed all repair work in house. The ring was ready on its promised due date and the diamond is well secured. This was a first time experience and it couldn't have been better! Thanks, JP!

We bought my wedding ring from here 5-6 years ago. I live out of state and every time I am back in KC I take it for a cleaning. Not only was the staff always professional the wonderful the owners are just as great. They recently reappraised it for me too to ensure the insurance is up to date. This weekend I had a small crack in the band and emailed Karen on a Saturday within 30 mins she responded and gave me steps to take. I am obsessed with my ring and very very happy with the continued great service I get.

This is the only place to buy jewelry in the KC area. Found House of Diamonds a few years ago and will not go anywhere else. They are extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Went to House of Diamonds 4 years ago for my anniversary ring. They treated me with respect and understood what I was looking for. I go in regularly to get cleaned and checked. Everyone there so nice. Highly recommend no matter your budget. I get so many compliments on my ring. Gene, Karen and their staff are the best !

We went to House of Diamonds to do a new setting for my engagement ring, adding two family diamonds. Karen walked us through the process, helped us understand how it would look and was so responsive throughout the process. When we had a family member coming into town and wanted to show her the ring, they were able to finish the ring early so we could share it. Would definitely recommend their services!
