Loved staying at this hotel!!! The ladies at the front desk were awesome!!! The room was decorated nicely and was very inviting. It was very spacious, quiet and had a comfy bed. I would definitely stay there again!

I must say that the employees are so wonderful. From the time we arrived to when we checked out, the employees all went above their service responsibilities. Everyone always asked how you were & if we needed anything. It was about a 15min drive to the event we were in town for, but I didn't mind. The rooms were newly remodeled & clean. They had a small bar & restaurant that had great services. The server Teresa was amazing

I stayed for a week. I had high hopes for this hotel because of proximity to work and family. At first look, it seemed clean, albeit bare bones. Then, I checked in. The TVs DO NOT WORK! I was in 2 different rooms. During my stay, my city and home was being hit by a hurricane and I needed to follow the developments. I called 4 times in my first 3 days to get my first room TV fixed. I finally went to the front desk and the overnight front desk guy didn't like my frustrated attitude and wagged his finger at me, telling me I WOULD NOT SPEAK TO HIM LIKE THAT. Never fixed my tv. They switched my room and the TV did the same thing. It's something with their internet or something like that. If you want a hotel with a working TV, this isn't the hotel for you. I will never stay here again. I'm a Hilton Honors gold member. They wouldn't help at all.

The hotel is nice, the location isn't great unless you are hanging out at the bar next door, which they also share a parking lot with. Lots of noise, loud music, people hanging out in the parking lot, etc.

This used to be an IHG property, now renovated by Hilton. Customer service was good at front desk, but we tried to use our $15 daily credit and the wait staff only spoke Spanish and didn't have a way to help us (I don't speak Spanish). It was an economical solution for the 2 day stay. No fee for parking. Rooms are nice & modern.

Hotel itself was great. The night we stayed, three car windows were broken out and items were stolen. All vehicles were parked in the back lot. The parking lot was not lighted. The hotel stated, they are not liable for damages that occur in the parking lot. Proceed with caution.

This is a newly renovated hotel is in close proximity to Westport. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, but they lack coffee makers in the rooms and a complimentary breakfast. However, the rooms, besides not having a coffee maker, were very well thought out--foot rest in the shower for us ladies. The decor is more high-end and unique in a very interesting way--textured wallpaper in the bathrooms, and decor not typically seen in hotel rooms. The staff takes the cake, though! They all went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as it was! The evening front desk lady was amazing!!! She was proactive in making sure we had what we needed, whether that was keys and bottled water to information about the area. The gentleman who made our breakfast went out of his way to run to the store to get fresh fruit for a yogurt parfait for me. I've never had hotel staff do that. Westport is a very short walk from the hotel and has fabulous nightclubs and restaurants--I highly recommend spending an evening there. Overall, this hotel really deserves 4.75 stats, but I had no option for that. Thank you, staff, for really putting this hotel on the top of my hotels in Kansas City!
