Sunday morning breakfast, there is a buffet but I always eat too much so had a full order (2 biscuits) of biscuits and gravy. I'm picky with gravy and theirs was exactly like I like it! Hubby had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with country fries and loved it! We had not been there in a while and knew that they had some issues they had to deal with but they did a wonderful job with the new layout and décor! Going to have to try to get there for supper in the neat future!

Service was friendly, restaurant needs an overhaul. The food was so-so. I expected some down home cooking, which I got, but not the level I was thinking. Very different type of restaurant. Mostly locals seem to come in, because when we walked in, we were starred at like we did not belong.

This place isn't much on the inside. But the food is good, and there seems to be a lot of regulars who eat there.

Ate here with my family today. The people were very nice, but we had some food issues. Sent one thing back because the meat smelled old and didn't eat most of another item bacause it had that "bottom of the freezer" taste. On the other hand, the burger and sandwich of the meal were great! Like I said, nice people but the food is a crap shoot.

Service is exactly how one would expect from a small town diner - it was supurb. The pepsi was crisp, just how i like my sodapop to be! The sweet tea wad a very tea tea taste, but it was quite good as well! We ordered the Patty Melt and the special - a sloppy joe bacon burger. Both were delicious!! Highly recommend dropping in here!

Very quaint authentic small country store restaurant where locals like to eat. We were new to area and decided to check it out.Stopped in with my wife on Sunday for lunch. Very comfortable , friendly and homey atmosphere with prompt service. Reuben sandwich was very good , sliced thin, on sourdough as they were out of rye.Breaded cod sandwich was quite good but it doesn't include cheese. Codfish is moist and tender; could use cheese.

We live close and go often, not for the convenience but for the food and atmosphere. The owners and staff are hard working Americans like most of us and care about the business. We REALLY enjoy 2 things: Breakfast and their Prime Rib!Candace

It is rare that you go somewhere to eat and your expectation is met 100%. That was Heuers to me. Literally, the place is a dump where I question if they meet health standards. Bottom line I expected very little and that's what I got. The tenderloin pork sandwich I had and the hamburger my wife had were very greasy. And check this out, although we ordered and got dinner salads, the waitress said they were out of lettuce for our sandwiches! Who runs out of lettuce? They do! The place is a down home eatery and if your expectation is low, you'll be okay. One more thing. The waitress was sweet and very down home nice. Although most of the customers were at least 100 pounds overweight, they were pleasant and respectful. Mixed races not a problem here either. Although country, I think all are welcome. Bottom line though, it's all about the food and here, food quality is really lacking.
