They did a great job on my landscaping project- From design to the work itself. The job sight manager was always willing to answer any questions I had and even made a few adjustments I wanted. I was blown away how well it looked when they were done - You won't be disappointed if you use Hemes Landscaping!

This company services our community that we pay out HOA fees to, after a second home with a local builder it is clear the selection of this company was most likely due to their low prices. I assume this because of the lack of quality service we routinely experience, from miscommunications to an overall half ass effort. Our community has had home and property damage during mowing and edging, forgetting to completely mow or shovel snow, leaving mounds of snow for the city to deal with that leave you potentially stuck as you can't back out. Inattentiveness to irrigation and water on sod that are wasteful and need a second redo. Landscaping with zero edging for landscaping and mulch, that's plain half ass. I would have to assume that this company enjoys frequent complaints and having to do something twice rather that once correctly from the service they provide. Go with a local small business instead that can give your home quality attention.

I have worked for 3 businesses that used these guys. Have had problems with them mowing and throwing clippings at my car. I asked them to throw clippings away from the car to avoid rocks etc from being thrown at my car and they acted offended.At my current employer they broke a pilon in my parking lot while doing snow removal. I talked to the driver at the time he broke it and I called them twice before they sent a supervisor to look at. He said no problem they'd fix it. Two months later they called to collect payment for services. They seemed to be totally unaware of of the situation and have still not resolved it.Avoid these guys. Go with a small business owner who will provide better service.

I called them and scheduled an appointment to meet with a landscape architect. The person was late to the appointment and never got back to me with a quote on the work we want to get done. -I guess they don't need our business.

Terrible quality work, and they refuse to fix it. They laid sod over uneven ground, and it died also. My yard looks terrible now. Never use them. Zero stars

I have had Hermes do landscaping about 20 years ago at another residence. I needed a update on my current residence. The designer came out and received my view of what was wanted. A review of the design was made several months later and after several changes were made to the design and it was approved. Due to other scheduling by Hermes and comments from the designer I was able to get the new landscaping put in. The installer were really great to work with and did an outstanding job.

Hermes did an excellent job of resolving a water drainage issue in our yard and also with making our yard a more beautiful place to enjoy. We highly recommend them because of their professionalism, promptness and excellent quality work.

Hermes did the front landscape for my home. I worked with Eric Dellenbaugh for the design. I'm very happy how everything turned out. From the beginning to the end was a great experience.

I met them at the Home and Garden Show. I had some ideas for my yard. Those ideas were very limited by my imagination. When I met with the Landscape Architect I started telling him these ideas. And when I was done he asked me, what do you want to do with your yard? And that moment changed everything. I wanted my backyard to be my private escape. I wanted lots of trees and some special features. He took this conversation and put it on paper. Their crews made it reality. They are talented and do beautiful work. I am very pleased with the final results and everyone that sees it agrees. The yard is gorgeous.

We're very timely in returning my call. Came out in just a few days in what I'd consider peak season. Got everything right and cleaned up after themselves.Very satisfied.
